Coffeemaker .tostadora. Gas stove with oven. and a great room. Satellite TV, Fireplace, It has a large glazed terrace, with magnificent views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. On the ground floor we find a large dining room with barbecue for your enjoyment, and a bedroom of 1.35 m, with full bathroom. The property also has private parking for five vehicles on the same plot of 900 m2. a private pool of 9 meters by 4 with Roman steps, with all the privacy, with its garden furniture. And an outside shower. Restaurants at 100 m, small supermarket at 250 m, and large supermarkets such as Consum, Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Pharmacy, shops, Discos 900 m away, Calalga beach about 600 m, and Levante beach 1 km long fine sand at 900 m, the marina at 1.5 km, the town about 2.5 km, and a single plot of 900 m² fully enclosed.

A wonderful stay in Calpe

We had a fantastic holiday in Calpe staying in Javi’s villa. There is ample space and utilities in the property and I have to say that Javi was a fantastic host - we had a couple of small issues which he responded to quickly, efficiently and with good grace. Ottima sistemazione per gruppi numerosi cmq si puo avere privacy. Spazi ampi e ben gestiti. La casa ha un ittima vista sul paese w sul Pennone. Spazi esterni che consentono relax. Bella la piscina. Il proprietario molto gentile e didponibile a risolvere qualsiasi eventualita. Tutto molto bello 👍

Viaje a Calpe

Hemos estado un grupo de amigos grande durante una semana tanto la localización de la casa como la propia casa son estupendas. La casa viene equipada con todo lo necesario y más, no nos ha faltado de nada. Sin duda lo mejor ha sido el trato con el propietario de la casa, siempre a nuestra disposición, si nos faltaba algo o si teniamos alguna duda, además de amable en todo momento. MUY recomendable la casa, ni una pega, sin duda la semana del verano ha sido en esta casa.

Magnífica atención por parte del propietario

El alojamiento aunque tenga algunas carencias, como el aire acondicionado, dispone de las necesidades básicas y predisposición por parte del propietario para que la estancia sea lo más agradable posible. Magnífica piscina y buena ubicación con supermercados, calas, muy cerca del chalet.
