Apartment furnished with great care in a prestigious context with a condominium park with olive trees 2 minutes walk from the marina.
Large living room with terrace, two bedrooms (one double, one with bunk beds), two bathrooms, kitchenette open onto a private roof garden with table for 6 people with umbrella and variety of Mediterranean plants, bougainvillea, orange, lemon. Living room with terrace equipped with table and armchairs for 4 people. Very quiet and peaceful, with views of the living room on the condominium park and of the rooms on its own private garden. Air conditioning. washing machine, dishwasher. Equipped kitchen, utility room. Furnished with great care. Condominium park with lawn and olive trees. Close to everything: in a few minutes on foot you can reach shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, small supermarkets, port.
It is possible to reach splendid beaches along the Argentario coast with a walk of about 15 minutes.
Direct shuttle to the beaches with stop a few meters from home. On the small port below the house it is possible to rent boats of various sizes also daily.
