Das Objekt war sauber, die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung sehr gut.

Der Gesamteindruck war sehr gut, es wäre nur schön gewesen, wenn das Objekt einen Wäschetrockner und eine Kaffeemaschine gehabt hätte, aber ansonsten alles sehr gut. Leider hatten wir ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage, das jedoch mit Hilfe der Verwaltung gelöst werden konnte.

Bonnes vacances malgré des travaux autour de la piscine

Appartement de qualité et bien équipé dans une belle résidence. Nos vacances ont néanmoins été gâchées en raison d'une piscine inutilisable et en travaux suite à une fuite ayant eu lieu au mois de juin (nuisances sonores). Nous l'avons appris à notre arrivée. Nous avons pu toutefois accéder à une piscine proche en remplacement, proposé par l'agence. Dédommagement demandé et obtenu à notre retour. Agent immobilier disponible et très réactif et parlant très bien français, ce qui était vraiment appréciable.

Vacaciones verano

Pasamos dos semanas fantásticas en el piso que está ubicado en una urbanización espectacular, muy bien cuidada y con una flora impresionante. La piscina es ideal para los niños y el entorno no puede ser mejor para descansar. La playa se encuentra a pocos minutos andando y no está nada masificada. El piso está bien equipado y cuenta con todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar. Muy recomendable si buscas descanso en un entorno familiar y tranquilo.

Apartment mit Mängeln in schöner Lage

Das Apartment ist nett eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf Pool und Garten. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein. Zwei Erwachsene dürften Schwierigkeiten haben, mit dem vorhandenen Schrankraum zurechtzukommen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben allerdings eine Filterkaffeemaschine vermisst. Es gibt nur eine für Kaffeepads. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Nach einem Fußweg von ca. 4 Minuten durch den wunderschönen Garten ist man am Strand, und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Weiterempfehlen kann ich die Wohnung allerdings nicht! Am Tag unserer Ankunft stand im Hauswirtschaftsraum ein Wäscheständer mit schmutzigen Putztüchern. An einem der beiden Pflanztröge waren vor einiger Zeit offensichtlich Reparaturen ausgeführt worden. Die dadurch verschmutzte Wand war nicht gestrichen und der Trog auch nicht bepflanzt worden. Die Pflanztröge vor beiden Schlafzimmerfenstern sind total vernachlässigt und von Unkraut überwuchert. Die Steppdecken im kleinen Schlafzimmer sind voller Flecken. In den beiden Badezimmern kann nicht gleichzeitig geduscht werden, da dann der Wasserdruck total abfällt. Während unseres Aufenthalts ging einer der zum Teil schon ziemlich abgenutzten Balkonstühle kaputt. Der Stoff des Sitzes zerriss, als ich mich draufsetzte. Ich habe die Agentur per SMS informiert. Nach zwei Tagen hatte ich immer noch keine Antwort. Daraufhin habe ich eine Mail geschickt. Immerhin kam daraufhin die Bitte um ein Foto, was ich am gleichen Tag geschickt habe. Eine Reaktion darauf gab es nicht. Dafür erhielt ich kurz nach unserer Rückkehr eine Mail, in der man mir mitteilte, dass man für den Austausch des kaputten Stuhls und die damit verbundene Arbeit knapp 63,00 Euro von unserer Kaution einbehalten würde. Auf meine Beschwerde habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Auch der Check-In verlief nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Mitarbeiterin der Agentur war zwar nett und sympathisch, macht diese Arbeit aber normalerweise nicht, wie sie uns mitteilte. Wahrscheinlich lag es daran, dass sie uns nicht mitteilte, dass einige der Steckdosen in der Wohnung durch einen Schalter ein- und ausgeschaltet werden können, und nicht kaputt sind , wie wir zunächst dachten. Wir werden ganz sicher nie wieder ein Apartment buchen, dass durch diese Agentur verwaltet wird.
