Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m glad to hear the host and location met your expectations and I want to address the concerns you raised directly. The property not being cleaned before your arrival should not have happened. The cleaning service we have been using for the last 10 years had an issue getting to the house earlier that day, They did arrive prior to your check in but had not finished yet when you arrived and that unfortunately led to the situation you experienced. Regarding the outdoor shower: It is a completely enclosed private shower, (Locking door, bench seat Hot and Cold water -normal shower). So, we honestly don't understand the comment expressed. We do try to keep a small supply of basic essentials on hand—items like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish detergent, and salt and pepper. Guests are asked to replenish what they use, but of course this is not always within our control. For that reason, we encourage guests to bring any supplies they may need during their stay. Hi John, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry to hear about the cleaning service. We have a company that comes between every stay, that we pay for. I wish you let us know so we could have had them come right out to correct the situation. Thanks again for letting us know…we reached out to the company to let them know that is not acceptable. We wouldn’t like to start our vacation that way either. Hope to see you again 😀
