Sonnenwohnung

Wir waren 3 Monate in dieser Wohnung, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sanitär sah neu aus, Markisen waren auch neu. Die Agentur Carlos Ferien kann ich auch nur empfehlen. Sehr nette Damen, wird alles schnell erledigt bei Problemen. Also absolut top. Um es gemütlicher zu haben könnten 2 3 Bilder an der Wand hängen, die Nägel dafür waren schon in der Wand. Und man sollte vielleicht auch wissen daß das Bett 160 cm groß ist,und wir das passende Bettlaken noch besorgen mussten aber Chinaläden gibt es genug. Da bekommt man alles. . Und wissen sollte man auch noch. Einparken mit einem großen Auto ist verdammt schwierig. Aber ist eine Übungssache.

Überwintern 21/22

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt - man geht ca. 2 Minuten bis an den Strand und 5-10 Minuten in die Stadt. Restaurants und Bars finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Terrasse ist groß und perfekt nach zum sonnen ausgerichtet d.h. von morgens bis zum Abend Sonne dadurch ist die Wohnung auch zum überwintern sehr gut geeignet. Die Sitzmöbel sollten erneuert werden da sie doch schon in die Tage gekommen sind.

Un excellent séjour dans un hébergement de qualité très proche de la plage et du centre.

La proximité de la plage et du centre ancien de la ville, le calme de l'appartement. Tout était très bien. Juste peut être changer l'étendoir, il n'est pas très adapté lorsqu'il fait du vent.

Para repetir

La ubicación es ideal porque puedes ir andando al centro de Denia y la playa esta a un paso. La playa más cercana es muy buena. Lo que menos nos ha gustado es el parking porque hay muchas columnas y es un poco estresante aparcar, especialmente si el coche es grande.
