Valentines retreat

We had a very wonderful time. The cabin was very clean upon arrival and our host was very fast to respond when we arrived and figured out that we needed propane for the backup heater. However we got the propane the next day. If I had one word of advice it would be that there should be a little more information supplied concerning how to operate the heating system the cabin has. It was perfect for a week long getaway for my wife and myself would definitely stay again

La estancia en el apartamento de Jesús ha sido genial, hemos estado una pareja y una niña de 14 años. Está muy bien amueblado, urbanización tranquila , suficiente para al menos 3 ó 4 personas,todo perfecto. La piscina justo al lado se ve desde la terraza, estacionamiento subterráneo, al lado también restaurantes, supermercado a 5.minutos y también muy próximo andando de la playa de les marines con su chiringuito.

El apartamento era tal cual se muestra en las fotos, moderno, limpio, amplio, cómodo para una familia de 4. La terraza maravillosa y las zonas comunes tranquilas y muy bien cuidadas. En nuestro caso que íbamos con personas mayores, que hubiese ascensor fue un plus. Estancia totalmente recomendable

Le paradis pour les vacances!

L'appartement était un rêve! Propre, bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire et même plus. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus! Tout était parfait: le parking, la résidence avec ascenseur, les terrasses, la piscine, les jardins, l'emplacement... Nous avons tout adoré. Sans oublier la literie! J' ai dormi comme un bébé et ai vécu douze jours de rêve. Merci à la dame qui nous a reçus!

No suele haber muchos mosquitos ya que no hay zonas húmedas cerca de la urbanización. Es la primera vez que nos ponen un comentario sobre mosquitos. En la terraza normalmente hay brisa de mar y no suelen molestar los mosquitos. Si es verdad que ha hecho mucho calor esa semana y no habéis tenido brisa. Lo siento pero es algo que no podemos controlar, ahora no hay problemas porque estamos nosotros y hay una brisa constante en la terraza.

Tout à bord merci à Suzanne pour son accueil et sa gentillesse et à Mr Rodriguez toujours à l’ecoute et prêt à répondre à nos questions avant le séjour. L’appartement était parfait : propre, pratique avec 2 enfants, dans une très belle résidence avec piscine et à 100m de la plage!!! ... De quoi nous donner envie de revenir!!!

Todo perfecto

La casa cumplió ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Es muy cómoda, limpia y bien decorada. Respecto al equipamiento, está muy completo, no echamos nada en falta. La ubicación es perfecta ya que está a un paso de la playa y dispone en los alrededores de supermercados, restaurantes y algunas tiendas. Lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza que tiene unas vistas preciosas al jardín y a la piscina, que están impecables. El trato con el propietario fue excelente y en todo momento se preocupó de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos dio muchas recomendaciones para visitar la zona. Recomiendo esta casa a todo el mundo. Nosotros ya estamos buscando una semana para volver este verano porque nos ha encantado tanto la casa como el pueblo y los alrededores y aún nos han quedado cosas por ver

Siempre intentamos que el apartamento este muy limpio y que cumpla con todas las expectativas que generan las fotos y las descripciones del anuncio. Gracias al equipamiento el inquilino casi se encuentra como en su casa. En Denia se disfruta de un clima muy agradable durante todo el año que permite disfrutar del aire libre en la terraza en todas las estaciones. Un desayuno en invierno bañado por el sol y una cena en verano con las luces nocturnas del jardín.

L'appartement est très pr...

L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé(électroménager neuf, TV neuve..), confortable, idéalement situé dans la résidence(à l'opposé de la route principale, proche des commerces et de la plage. La résidence est très agréable, très bien entretenue, entièrement close et idéale pour famille avec enfants(nous étions un couple avec 3 enfants de 14, 13 et 9 ans). Malgré un séjour au mois d'août, nous n'avons pas été gêné par le bruit. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil lors de l'entrée dans les lieux. Une adresse à recommander d'autant plus que le propriétaire a accepté des dates de location qui n'allaient pas du samedi au samedi.

"Appartement idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes/ 2 ados. Bien équipé. environnement familial. On peut profiter aussi bien de la plage (2 min de marche) que de la piscine du complexe. Seul bémol: l''insonorisation est déficiente donc si les voisins sont bruyants, ça peut être quelque peu incommodant. Notre première semaine a été tranquille, la deuxième un peu moins."

Why they chose this property

It is a family community with renowned architecture. The building it is located was once a palm grove and lots of palm trees that decorate its surroundings were retained. The sandy beach is very close. No great waves and is ideal for swimming and children to enjoy the water safely. The area is not allowed to build buildings with more than 3 levels so you can enjoy a beach with very moderate occupation. We recommend the sunset on the beach is wonderful for their guidance.
