Very beautiful, cosy apartment block. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: beautiful garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, roofed, parking. Supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bar 170 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station 2 km, ferry 1.2 km, sandy beach 400 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, marina 1.5 km, surf school 500 m, sailing school 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

A great place which has everything you need

Close to the beach. Walking distance to town and parking. A lovely relaxing space which was clean and tidy

Apartamento en la mejor zona de Denia.

El apartamento está en una de las mejores zonas de Denia. A 10 minutos andando del casco urbano y a 500m de la playa Punta de Raset. La urbanización no le falta detalle, piscina, jacuzzi, el apartamento tiene acceso directo desde la terraza. Bastante Justo de menaje, no tiene cazos, platos contados que te obligan a poner el lavavajillas cada 2 días. Tiene plaza de aparcamiento bastante complicada. Esta a falta de algún arreglo, han debido de sufrir alguna inundación y las puertas no cierran.

Ubicación excepcional, buena urbanización

El apartamento esta ubicado en la mejor zona de Denia. Tiene piscina y jacuzzi en las zonas comunes con acceso directo desde el jardín, siendo una urbanización tranquila y silenciosa. El apartamento esta bien cuidado, resaltar que no tiene apenas menaje. Obligandote a poner el lavavajillas todos los dias, algo que me parece una aberración con la crisis energética actual. Por lo demás, es un apartamento recomendable para familias con niños o parejas.

Very pleasantly surprised, The apartment catered for all our needs, albeit a the bathrooms need some work. The location could not have been better, ideal for the beach and supermarket. The pool and garden area were very well kept. Denia town is a very special place, where the old and traditional meets the new. A excellent selection of places to eat and drink with a wide variety of retail if that is your thing. The beach's and port are kept very clean, the water is clear and shallow.

El apartamento tenía una limpieza estupenda, pero te ponen que hay wifi y no funciona. La lavadora tenía agua en la cubeta y no desaguaba,.el mando de la tele le costaba horrores cambiar, y las puertas no cerraban bien.

Belle appartement grand et très propre...manque un peu de vaisselle dommage...lit confortable et drap propre...Petite terrasse sur piscine très appréciable...jardin et piscine super...trop petite table pour la terrasse il faudrait en mettre une grande car appartement pour 6 ...séjour super et proche des plages 6 mns à pied...supermarché à côté facile d’accès...

Bonjour l’appartement est très propre et très bien situé...l’accès au jardin est un vrai plus...il manque toutefois un peu de vaisselle les couverts sont très limités pour 4 personnes...et la table de terrasse minuscule. Pour 2 c est déjà limite cela mériterai d être changer pour une grande table de jardin. Si non serviettes et literie super propre et confortable. Les climatisations dans toutes les pièces est un vrai plus car il fait très très chaud sur Denia...nous y reviendrons.
