Excellent Property

Excellent Property and Property Manager. We stayed in December but as no air conditioning I think it could be a struggle in the hot summer months. Also, no oven which makes cooking a little troublesome. Other than that it's an excellent property to stay. Perfect location for the beach, boardwalk and La Cala.

Great location, excellent service, so quiet & relaxing

Firstly Ricardo is brilliant, so friendly, helpful & efficient. The location is fantastic, so close to the beach and beach bars, also the garden and pool is quiet & makes it easy to relax. So many really good restaurants within walking distance, the closest, an Italian is 82 metres and great. The apartment is well equipped, we stayed in October and can imagine it would be quite hot at the height of the season, without air-con. We had a really great holiday, our sincere thanks to Ricardo and the owner.

Fantastic !

Great place and location, corner plot so gets the sun all day, beach is literally right in front of it - as is a beach cafe/bar and only a ten minute walk to the centre of La Cala ! Apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious for the two of us. Surrounding gardens / pool were immaculate ! Ricardo - (manager of property) couldn’t do enough for us and nothing was a problem!! We would stay again !!
