In the enchanting setting of the sea of Salento, in the beautiful marina of Porto Cesareo an apartment near the sea and in the town center. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an enchanting view and is very close to the main course, close to restaurants, supermarkets and shops of all kinds and is convenient for all services.
The beach is less than 100 meters from the apartment and is both free and equipped beach.
The apartment has just been renovated and is furnished with care.
It consists of: entrance hall, 1 bathroom, a 15 sqm terrace. equipped with a small kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and a sofa with two beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed (in total up to 6 beds).
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. The apartment has a safe, a washing machine.
Having a wonderful beach at 50 -60 m., In the apartment there will be umbrella and n. 2 beach to take to the beach. In addition, 2 bikes will also be available.
Included in the price: sheets and towels, electricity, water, gas and final cleaning.
We rent weekly in July and August in the other months minimum 2 days.
