Spacious 220 square meter Villa with 5 rooms and a spacious living room surrounded by a beautiful and spacious garden and a private pool. It is located in Las Marinas in a very quiet and flat area of villas. Our house is 4 minutes walk from a long sandy beach and 2 kilometers from the city of Denia. It is located very close to the famous restaurant 'Quique Dacosta' with three Michelin stars. Walking from our house there is a supermarket and several restaurants.

The best thing about our house is that it is very quiet and only 4 minutes from a sandy beach of many kilometers and at the same time it is also close to Denia.

Our house has 220 square meters on one floor. It has 5 bedrooms, one of them very large with a double bed, the other three with two beds and the last one with a trundle bed. It also has another laundry room and two spacious bathrooms. We have just renovated the living room so it is brand new including the furniture. It is very large with a table for ten people and a large seating area. The whole house is freshly painted. The kitchen that has a bar that connects it to the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking.

Our garden is one of the largest in the area. The entire property is 1,400 square meters. The house is surrounded by grass where it is very pleasant to be and where the children have plenty of space to play. Because it is so spacious, the garden normally enjoys a light breeze and always has large shaded areas. The trees distributed throughout the land create very pleasant shaded areas. The front of the house is also shaded in the afternoon to enjoy the afternoons with mountain views.
