Located in Marine Square in the vibrant Kemptown neighbourhood of Brighton, this property is a stone's throw from the seafront, a short walk to Brighton Marina to the east and a pleasant stroll to Brighton Pier to the west.

The Space:
Kitchen

Neat, modern kitchen with all of the essentials - a washing machine, dishwasher, four ring gas hob with oven and grill combo, and microwave to name a few.

Living / dining area

Thoughtfully decorated with a feature wall, hand woven French tapestries and restored vintage wall lights, there is dining space for four comfortably and the Chesterfield sofa becomes a double sofa bed for your third and fourth guests. The original Regency floor to ceiling windows lead to the balcony offering direct sea views as well as a view of the iconic Brighton Palace Pier.

Bedroom

Accessed via 3 steps there is a spacious and bright bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of storage.

Bathroom

A white bathroom suite including a shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside Space

The standing only balcony overlooks Marine Square and The Palace Pier.

Perfect location in Kemptown with gorgeous sea views. Lovely apartment. We used it as a base to explore Sussex, and then to walk into Brighton.

Lovely flat with sea view on Brighton doorstep
Flat is well decorated with spacious bedroom and living room offering great view of the seafront. It is ideally located between the Marina and Brighton pier whilst away from the noisy part of town. I definitely recommend it and will book again.
