Fantastic location, accommodations and wonderful hosts. This was our second time to Orient Beach, the first time was further south near town. The Mont Vernon location is supreme. Unbelievable views, quiet beach and an incredible pool overlooking the ocean. We are already planning our next stay.

What a beautiful view and the room was very nice and clean. Chantal is a lovely person and hostess. She responded very quickly to our communications. The only thing we had not really planned on was the steep climbs from the parking to our room and back up each time. Being in our 70's and 80's made it a challenge, but most would probably welcome the exercise! The resort itself is quiet and the pool is awesome. The nearby restaurants and beaches make for plenty of entertainment.

Christian was AMAZING! He met us on our arrival and helped take our luggage to the Condo. He suggested place to dine, things to do and responded in a timely matter when we reached out to him. Beach access is a couple minute walk and the view from the balcony is beautiful. We will definitely return in several months.

Exactly what we were looking for: property sitting right on the beach, beautiful view and quick access to the ocean and St Martin's longest beach which we enjoyed walking back and forth every morning!

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Hosts

The property looks exactly like the pictures and the views are amazing. The unit is clean and modern and the property was right on the beach and very safe. The hosts are very nice and respond very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Great getaway on the beach

The view from the balcony was the best feature. Walk on the beach was second. Save and clean efficiency condo in a nice area. Down-side was you needed a car to get to most restaurants.

Best host ever

Christian is an awesome host. He was in contact with us to direct us to our lodging. He met us on arrival and carried our luggage to our unit. He responded quickly to minor questions throughout the week and even came on our departure to help with luggage. We had a great view of the beach which was only a short walk away. We were very happy with our total experience.

my wife and i came to St Martin for the first time. We'll be back without question and hopefully able to book again with Christian and Chantal. Ideally located with spectacular view of Orient Beach. Christian was such a help with advice on beaches and restaurants.It could not have been a better experience.

Wow. What an awesome view. What a great location! Kitchen is fully functional for cooking. The pool is great. And most of all our hosts were the best. Available for any questions or concerns we had. Definitely will be back next year.

Paradise

The condo was just as seen in photos. Views were unbelievable. The hosts, Christian and Chantal, were great. Christian really went out of his way to help us. The complex is hilly, so not the best for anyone with mobility issues, but it certainly is beautiful.

My husband and me are always present to welcome, assist and we love to pamper our guests all during their stay in our suites. The suites are beachfront on 1st row and the way to join them has some stairs or a path where you can walk even with a wheelchair. Guests love to walk on the paths of the residence on evening to enjoy the breeze. Whenever it is necessary, we enter with the car to help you check-in/check-out with bags and also for heavy grocery or big water pack to drop them at your condo, that is really a bonus to be comfortable :). As you know we offer a discount to our loyal guests that of which you are part now. You will receive a good price for a direct booking. Beauty AND hospitality!

The property is lovely, and as advertised, our unit had a fantastic ocean view. The beauty was surpassed only by Christian and Chantal's hospitality and friendliness. Christian was readily available through WhatsApp, and when I texted him about a minor problem (the microwave stopped working), he responded immediately. I cannot recommend Christian and Chantal and their lovely property highly enough!

Paradise Vacation

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks. The view is beautiful, great location! Loved walking on the beach every morning. Studio is clean and well equipped. Pool is newly renovated. 10 minute walk to Orient Bay restaurants. Close to everything, grocery store is 5 min away with all of the French food and wine you can imagine! Hated to leave. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Christian.

What a View

Awesome unit situated on a hill overlooking orient bay. Views are unreal. Hosts are the nicest people you could ever ask for. Checked in regularly. Made sure all avenues were covered. No issues no problem. Such a beautiful friendly island. Locals are beyond helpful and nice. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful property hosts, location and views

We enjoyed a great stay at Chantal and Christian's place. The room was very well stocked and the view from the room was amazing. Chantal and Christian were extremely accommodating and even went out of their way to print out a hard copy reservation required for us for a day outing we booked. While the room was very nice, as others have noted the french side of the island still has a lot of hurricane damage as does the resort property which did result in some construction noise. Regardless of this issue we would definitely stay at this lovely property again.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing time at this condo. The view in the photos doesn’t do it justice. If you want privacy, the beach between Mont Vernon and Orient Village is outstanding. If you want chairs at a beach bar in Orient Village, it’s a short and beautiful walk. The local pizza in Mont Vernon is great, and quite inexpensive. The French restaurants in Orient Village are truly outstanding!I cannot say enough good about the outstanding communication with Christian and Chantal - from the moment we reserved the property until the day we left. They are just wonderful people!
