Nestled on the sound in Buxton, this lovely rental cottage offers a tranquil view of the Pamlico Sound. Spartina would make an excellent vacation destination because it is well-maintained and furnished. A quick drive will get you to Cape Point, where you can fish or simply unwind on the beach! Guests need to bring their own bring paper goods, towels, and linens. To the owner's taste, Spartina is furnished and decorated. There is a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets/comforters. Pet fees, taxes, insurance, and reservation and partial stay fees are all applicable.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

Will stay again!

Awesome stay for the week. Great location, dog friendly, great neighbors, very well stocked kitchen. We brought our boat. We had our own boat ramp and tie up. It made it so easy to go out and fish the sound. This will definitely be our go to property when visiting OBX for now on.

Good location

Everything was great and in a good location to town and to the beach. The dishwasher was broken and couldn’t be repaired or replaced while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall a great place and one that we would rent again

Buxton vacation

The only part of my vacation I didn't like was the noise the neighbors across the road would make all hours of the night. Family fueding in the day. Lots of yelling, horns blowing, and motors reving.
