Beautiful apartment on the beach near Barcelona

Located in Cabrera de Mar, in a coastal town 20 km from Barcelona city. Direct train from the center of Barcelona (25 minutes by train). The apartment is on the seafront, to access the beach there is a private passage. It is close to the Cabrera de Mar station (10 min on foot), supermarkets, Burger King, restaurant in the same urbanization, close to Mataró city and the commercial center of Mataró (5 min by car). Private parking, community pool, gym. 24 hour surveillance. Take into account that to enjoy the magnificent view you have to go up to the 4th floor (there is no elevator).

Beautiful flat near Barcelona, directly by the sea in a well-kept complex.

Beautiful, functional flat with everything you need. Ideal for trips to Barcelona and the surrounding area. 4th floor (without lift) with beautiful views of the sea.

Nice and lovely 3 bedroom apartment in a great neighbourhood in Cabrera De Mar. Well furnished apartment and beautiful view from the balcony. Close to the beach and good sized community swimming pool. There's a train station at walking distance. Jose is a great host. Would strongly stay here again.

Everything was great

The only issue we had was that we were only told that the apartment was a 4th floor walk up (no elevator) a few days before we arrived.

Fantastic holiday in a nice apartment

We had a fantastic holiday for 2 weeks in José's apartment in Cabrera de Mar. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. All amenities and more were present. From dishwasher tablets, cleaning products to hand soap, shampoo, even coffee pads, salad oil and herbs were present. José is a friendly and helpful host, who responds quite quickly to a message. We asked for some tips for sights etc. in advance and he helped and advised us extensively, so that we started our holiday even better prepared. The area is really beautiful, you are in Barcelona in no time. Despite the fact that the apartment is located between the railway and a provincial road, we did not experience any inconvenience from this at all. All in all, nothing was lacking and we would love to come back here again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Die Unterkunft war super. Es war alles so wie beschrieben, sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation mit Jose war gut.Nebenan ist eine laute Hauptstraße, die man auf dem Balkon klar hören kann, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-)Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön und wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Schöne Zeit!

Das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnanlage war sauber und der Pool sehr schön. Das kleine Restaurant hatte jeden Tag geöffnet und so konnte schnell zwischendurch etwas gegessen werden. Englisch wurde kaum bzw. gar nicht verstanden, so musste der Google Übersetzer her. Die Informationen durch den Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, leider konnten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes den Vermieter nicht kontaktieren, es bestand wohl ein rechtlicher Konflikt innerhalb der EU, so dass wir nicht antworten konnten und auch keine anderen Kontaktmöglichkeiten hatten. Ansonsten hatte das Appartement eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Girona, Barcelona und vieles mehr.

Ma destination préférée en Catalogne

Pratiquant le sport de manière intensive, j’apprécie particulièrement l’emplacement de cet appartement. Son fitness, sa piscine, les installations de jeux ainsi que des kilomètres de chemin de plage en font le lieu idéal pour mes camps d’entrainement. L’aménagement de l’appartement me garantit l’indipenddnce nécessaire pour un séjour parfait.

Je me réjouis d'y retourner!

L'appartement était dans l'état que l'on s'attend d'une chambre d'hôtel, mais avec les commodités d'un appartement en plus, notamment la cuisine et les équipements pour la gestion quotidienne (machine à laver le linge, fer à repasser, etc.). José, la personne de contact pour l'accès à l'appartement, a été très flexible trouvant une solution à mes requêtes de dernière minute et m'a envoyé des suggestions très utiles pour apprévier mon séjour. Merci.

Nice, modern clean apartment

The place is ideal if you have a car and want to both enjoy the beautiful city of Barcelona and also have a nice, spacious place directly at the coastline, where you only have to walk a few steps until you reach the ocean. The manager is accommodating and the whole handling of the Check-In etc. is done in a professional and welcoming manner.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage am Meer. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr großer sauberer Pool, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zum Bahnhof um nach Barcelona zu fahren.

Top on se croirait presque dans un club de vacances

Séjour en famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge. L'appartement est très bien équipé, tout à été refait à neuf récemment. La piscine un vrai plus. La proximité de la plage et des commerces sont également un vrai atout. La disponibilité et la gentillesse de José ont été irréprochable. Muchas gracias. A refaire.

Appartamento situato a 1 minuto sulla spiaggia, bel panorama.

L'appartamento fa' parte di una zona residenziale chiamato Costamar e si trova a 1 minuto dal mare e 10 minuti lungomare dalla stazione Cabrera de Mar-Villassar de Mar( 30 minuti da Barcellona con il treno linea R1 ) lungo la spiaggia ci sono diversi localini carini dove poter cenare o bere un drink e la spiaggia è prevalentemente sabbiosa con un po' di scogli in qualche tratto; l'acqua é limpida ma già profonda dopo 2 metri. L'appartamento è carino si trova al 4° piano senza ascensore, i piani non sono molto alti ma la vista è spettacolare, pulizia da migliorare, José è stato molto gentile e carino.
