Townhouse with pool 500 meters from the beach. Ideal for families!
We open the doors of our house in Altafulla, just in front of Villa Romana (an archaeological site that is part of the UNESCO World Heritage) and in the heart of the Costa Daurada. Quiet residential area just 5 minutes from the beach and the shopping area & restaurants.
The house has capacity for 6 people and the urbanization has a communal area with swimming pool and playground (slide, swings ...). Children can play safely in the urbanization given the communal areas are closed.
The house has 3 floors. On the ground floor there is the entrance terrace with sofa and barbecue area. Also on that floor there is the kitchen, a toilet and the living room with fireplace that leads to a second terrace with spectacular views of the sea. The kitchen and living room are fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and TV.
On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom with single bed (converts into 2 beds) and bathroom.
The 3rd floor has a laundry room and gives access to an extensive solarium. The labadero consists of a labadora, drying rack and iron.
Highchair and crib available and free. Towels and linens are included.
