Beautiful apartment in Villa la Madrugada with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms where you will find bathrobes and a hairdryer.

Our villa is located in the green Elviria district, 5 km east of Marbella Center. Within walking distance of various restaurants and supermarkets and 1 km from the beautiful beach of Elviria with numerous beach bars and ao the well-known lounge club Nikki Beach.

Nearby is the cozy little harbor of Cabopino with its many cozy terraces.

There are plenty of sports options such as golf and tennis, sailing, horse riding and hiking and a climbing paradise. Fifteen beautiful golf courses can be found within a 5-10 minute drive. The distance to Málaga airport is only 35 km, so that you can enjoy your holiday very quickly after arrival.

Misleading
The information given about the property is misleading, the apartment was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment featuring 2 king size and 1 double. Not the case when we arrived we discovered only 2 bedrooms and a foldout sofa. A lot of the cutlery, plates, dishes & glasses had been not washed properly & put away dirty, requiring us to wash everything before use. Owner was not present, handover was done by a "friend from up the road". The reason given was that the owner had to leave due to family emergency, okay but if that was the case why was I given the "friends" contact number 1 month before the start of the holiday. Very odd. Bit off a let down, won't be booking again.
