Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

This family-friendly vacation rental is split into two separate fully functioning accommodations, with full kitchens! One group can rent the entire home and have two separate units for privacy when needed! The property is split into an upstairs unit and downstairs unit. Access to the upstairs accommodation is right up the staircase in the garage/game room. The staircase opens up to an enclosed sunroom upstairs. The REMODELED upstairs entails a large open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans to meet any guests cooking needs. The bedrooms feature two (2) master suites, each with attached bathrooms & walk-in closets, plus two (2) additional bedrooms and a bathroom.

The downstairs accommodation features another fully stocked kitchen, living area, and dining area. There are two bedrooms in the downstairs accommodation, the two (2) master suites, each with attached bathrooms & walk-in closets. In addition to those six (6) bedrooms throughout the house, there is an additional bedroom with a private entrance located by the pool area. This bedroom also has an attached bathroom. Whether you are trying to beat the summer heat or enjoy a warm swim in the winter the private heated pool is always a great place to unwind! The BBQ area is great for family cookouts and when your done cooking you can sit down and relax next to your own private fire pit! The driveway is very accommodating and can hold up to five (5) vehicles.

Legends tournament

We had a wonderful stay! Pool was amazing and so relaxing and peaceful little back yard. Waking distance to beach. So much room for our group and no problems. We all enjoyed rooms and cute beach decor..lots of good food was cooked and ate in the 2 kitchens. All necessary utensils and cookery. Will definitely recommend and come back!

Very Poor Accomodations

When we arrived the we immediately noticed that the outside of the home was in poor condition, did not look as though it did in the pictures. Upon entering the property we immediately noticed how unclean and not properly taken care of. It smelled of a strange cleaning agent and plug-ins as though it was trying to cover up other smells. The garbage disposal upstairs smelled horribly and made the kitchen smell. The upstairs sun porch floor was filthy and upswept. There was a hole in the home outside the upstairs window that was visible and a complete eyesore. The pool area was pictured in the ad as having an array of furniture; this was not what was there. Several of the pool chairs were broken with sharp plastic. There were several alive and dead "palmetto bugs" all over the inside and outside of the home. Upon unpacking and settling in other issues became apparent. The fan in the downstairs apartment was hanging by a wire and completely unstable. The WIFI and tv's did not work. The air conditioner in the pool bedroom did not function. We called immediately to report these issues. Additional issues continued to plague our stay. The pool grounds were infested with various bugs that crawled on us, there was no pool skimmer, the upstairs dishwasher leaked water all over the floor, a towel rack fell, the upstairs fridge did not consistently cool and leaked on food, lights in all the units flickered, the dryer took several cycles to dry. This was the worst!

FUN TIME AT PADRE

Property was very accommodating for large group. There were several issues with maintenance of property. Here is a short list--several electrical items needed attention raceways loose or falling down exposing wires. Light bulbs need replaced. Automatic overhead door not lockable or working. Courtyard gate to pool area has no workable latch and cannot be secured. Low water pressure at some bathrooms. Exterior could use paint and attention. We still had a great time.

Have done a lot of VRBO's. This was a nice place but is in need of repairs and upgrades. Garage door was hard to operate and some of the exterior doors were hard to lock. Upstairs portion was very nice. Downstairs had several loose vinyl tiles. The balcony section edge below windows appeared to be rotting. Some the lighs constantly flickered. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Could be super nice with just a little attention. Staff was awesome. Leo went above and beyond on Sunday to get things done.
