Auf den Bildern war noch das alte Bad abgebildet, als wir dort angekommen sind, waren wir positiv überrascht. Mittlerweile ist das Bad renoviert worden und sieht sehr schön und modern aus. Alles war sauber und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist top

Die Unterkunft verspricht das was sie in der Anzeige verspricht. Das Apartment ist liebevoll und nett gestaltet und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Ein Highlight ist der relativ große Balkon mit einer schönen Aussicht, sowohl auf die Altstadt von Rovinj, als auch ins Hinterland. Die Gastegeber sind freundlich und unkompliziert. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Appartement super. Nous nous sommes arrêtés sur le retour de la route des vacances pour visiter ROVINJ (ville magnifique). L’appartement est bien équipé, très propre et bien situé, entre plages et centre historique à 15/20 mn à pied. Petite terrasse ombragée pour le petit dej du matin. Une boulangerie à 5 mn à pied. Nous sommes restés qu’une nuit avec 2 enfants qui ont dormi dans le canapé lit mais très bonne adresse pour séjourner même une semaine. Je recommande. Très bon accueil de Goran, qui est disponible si besoin, habite dans le quartier.

Insieme alla mia fidanzata ho passato una settimana in questo appartamento. Si trova a 15 min dalla spiaggia e circa 20 min dal centro a piedi. La struttura è gestita dal Sig. Silvano persona molto educata e cordiale, appena arrivati l’appartamento era molto pulito, aria condizionata funzionante e in generale un ottimo appartamento per due persone. Spero di ritornarci

La struttura è nuova e pulitissima. Il rapporto prezzo qualità è ottimo. Il proprietario Silvano è una persona gradevole e gentile, ci ha messo a disposizione due bici per raggiungere il centro e ha risolto l’overbooking della camera immediatamente con una soluzione anche migliore: un monolocale all’ultimo piano ha un terrazzo con vista sui tetti in lontananza del centro storico, letto comodo e condizionatore. La struttura ha 3 posti auto privati ma sulla strada antistante si parcheggia gratis. A 10/15 minuti dal centro a piedi, 5 con la bici. Lo consigliamo!

We were a family of four and had a studio and a double room. Both units were nicely equipped with various utilities, especially the kitchen which was fully prepped for regular cooking. Even the room had a small tea/coffee kitchen. Location is on the quiet side, nice 15-20min walk from the old town and similar distance from Zlatni rt national park. Free parking was available at the spot. Silvano was a wonderful host and overall we could not be happier with our stay. Will definitely come again.
