Perfect holiday house 25 real minutes on foot from a virgin beach. It's a brand-new high quality Finca with 4 suites, with a / c and heating, completely equipped kitchen, inner and outer dining and sitting areas, big pool of 11 x 4m, BBQ, Wifi, Sat-TV ... and well communicated with the rest of the island. Restaurants and shops are just at 3km and Palma airport is at 47km.

eine reise wert um den südosten von malle eingehend kennen zu lernen

es hat alles super geklappt. der „landlord“ = eigentümer der umliegenden region und der finca ist sehr bemüht um seine gäste. leider liegt die zufahrt direkt am langen weg zu einer „einsamen“ bucht (die dann täglich überlaufen ist) warum trotz fahrverbotes laufend touristen den weg und die einfahrt blockieren. da wäre es angebracht, ein hinweisschild nicht nur am tor und nicht nur in katalan sondern zumindest in englisch anzubringen. dies ist nur ein tip von uns an den vermieter. dieser umstand ist kein grund für einen punkteabzug in der bewertung. besonders süss sind die rund um die finca grasenden schäfchen und super angenehm die grosse küche!

Location location location

My family and I stayed at the property for 11 days at the start of August 2019. Our party was comprised of 7, ranging in ages from 13 to 48. If we start at the beginning, the booking process. Everything went smoothly, from the initial set of questions through to selecting the dates, checking availability and making the booking and payments. All questions were answered by Bel, the booking agent, normally the same day. A few weeks before the start of the hire, Bel contacted us with directions to the property and provided us with the contact details of Salvador, the property own. When we landed in Palma we contacted Salvador via WhatsApp and arranged to meet him at the property for the hand over of keys and an introductory tour. The property is located about 50 minutes drive from Palma airport, so a hire car is a must. We hired our, at Bel's recommendation from Sixt. A great price and a great service. Thinking about the property, all rooms had their own aircon, a bonus for the 36 degree+ weather we experienced. The property has 4 large double bedrooms with ensuite facilities in each. The master bedroom is a double bed with the other three comprised of two singles which can be pushed together to make a double or separated, depending upon the need. The kitchen is well stocked with 8 of everything, the 7 of use never found ourselves without plates, cups etc... There is a dishwasher and washing machine. The fridge is an integrated fridge / freezer. The house was so clean and smelt so fresh when we arrived. Outside, the property has it own swimming pool with 8 loungers and a collection of outdoor chairs. The BBQ was put to great use by our family but there are plenty of local restaurants a short drive in any direction (Manacor, Porto Cristo, Porto Colom, Cala D'Or being some of our favour towns / villages with a maximum 15 minute drive). Salvador stopped by every couple of days to cut the grass and check on the pool. He was always on hand should we have any issues or questions. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Salvador's Finca. The east coast of Majorca is truly idyllic and this property is a hidden treasure, we couldn't fault either.
