New and modern holiday home with private pool for 6-7 people in Colorado. Casa Jesús is a very well equipped, modern style holiday home. The house is spacious and bright, for a total of 6-7 people. It offers a perfect place for a great family holiday with its private pool, large and well-kept garden and the covered BBQ area. The house is very new (constructed 2016) and the garden will soon look much nicer.

Features:



Spacious living room with 1 comfortable sofa, TV with Spanish channels and satellite TV, fireplace, dining table with chairs. Air condition available.

Open and modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, and all other necessary kitchen utensils.

3 bedrooms and a extra bed in the living room (on request with extra cost of 18 EUR per day). For maximal 7 people.

2 baths, one with bath and shower and one with shower en suite to the main bedroom

Large terrace with covered barbecue, sink, washing machine, table and chairs and garden furniture.

Private pool with sun loungers and parasol, fenced for the safety of the children.

Large and well-kept garden.

All windows have mosquito nets.

The air conditioning has a 2h timer, in this case it can be used for 24h if necessary, but the air has to be reactivated every 3h. From June to September the cost of air conditioning is included in the price. In the other months it can be included with a supplement of 7.50 EUR per day.

The house is located in the Colorado in a quiet area and about 3KM from a small supermarket. It is completely walled and the entrance is through a large roller door. There is safe parking for at least 2 cars provided.

Die villa Casa Jesus...

Die villa Casa Jesus gefiel uns sehr gut. Garten und Pool top und gross. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Auto vor Ort empfehle ich um Einkäufe in größeren Supermärkten zu tätigen und um die Gegend zu erkunden und die umliegenden Strände und Buchten zu besuchen. Alles Top

Haus mit Defiziten

Das Haus und der Garten selbst sind schön. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe. Leider ist die Ausstattung des Hauses nicht gut. Die Betten sind hart, das Doppelbett nur 1,40m breit und die Bäder sehr klein. Es gibt nicht einmal für 6 Personen Tassen, es sind nur vier da. Mit 6 Personen würde ich keinen Urlaub in dem Haus machen wollen. Man muss auch wissen, dass Haus liegt an einer Hauptstraße, die man durchaus hört, wenn die LKW und Autos entlangfahren. Das Haus liegt absolut ländlich, somit ist mit entsprechenden Hähnen und anderen Tieren (Gänsen, Pferden) zu rechnen. Wir würden das Haus nicht noch einmal buchen. Die Kommunikation ist schwierig, da der Verwalter vor Ort kein Wort Englisch spricht.

Es tut uns leid, dass Ihnen die Ausstattung des Hauses nicht gefallen hat. Wir werden dies an die Vermieter weiterleiten. Das Haus liegt nicht direkt an der Landstraße, es ist noch ein weiteres Haus und mehrere Mauern davor. Wir stehen jederzeit zur Verfügungm wenn es Kommunikationsprobleme gibt.

Modernes Haus mit Traumgarten

Wir haben uns in der Casa Jesus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war immer ein Ansprechpartner erreichbar - Verständigung erfolgte zwar per Hand und Fuß aber es funktionierte irgendwie. Das Haus ist einfach zu finden und alles wichtige in näherer Umgebung zu finden. Die Anlage und das Haus waren sauber und die notwendigen Ausstattungen waren auch vorhanden. Wir können die Casa Jesus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schönes haus mit einem schönen garten und schwimmbad. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war leider einfach und billig. Kaltes Licht, ungeschickte Wasserhähne, ein sehr kleiner Fernseher mit nur deutschen Sendern. Ein preiswerter Gartentisch mit harten Stühlen und einem 'Lounge-Sofa' mit dem Komfort eines Steinbruchs. Wenn es Ihnen nichts ausmacht den ganzen Tag bellende Hunde und einen Hahn ohne Zeitgefühl krähen zu hören werde dies ein guten Urlaub für Sie sein.

Termine wurden selbstverständlich mit uns vorher einvernehmlich abgesprochen. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Hemos viajado en familia y con nuestro perro. La casa está bien equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones, destacando la limpieza. Es tal cual aparece en las fotos, moderna y con estilo. En verano tiene que ser una maravilla poder disfrutar de la piscina y del jardín. Se agradece además que en casas así admitan animales para aquellos que quieran viajar con sus mascotas, pues no es nada fácil. La situación es buena, cerca de todo lo que hay que ver en la zona, pueblos bonitos y playas estupendas. La única pega es que el Wifi era un poco lento y el agua caliente era difícil de regular en la ducha. Por lo demás estancia de diez.

Hemos estado 15 días en agosto, es una casa ideal para ir con niños. Las camas son muy cómodas,la cocina tiene todos los utensilios necesarios, está muy limpia y la zona exterior muy cuidada incluyendo la piscina que está vallada y es genial cuando vas con niños. Una casa para recomendar y repetir.

Estancia fabulosa en esta casa de diez. Todo perfecto bien situada, tranquilidad, wifi bien y en general no le falta nada. Los dueños muy bien con un trato exquisito. A tener en cuenta solo le cambiaria el sofa cama que era incomodo y el material daba mucho calor porlo demas estncia perfecta para repetir a diez minutos de todo. Repetiremos
