The compact kitchen is cleverly arranged and fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, extractor, slimline dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cafetière. There’s also a tabletop freezer (50cm square) and washer/dryer for added convenience.The ground floor bathroom is fully tiled and features a bath with overhead electric shower, WC, and washbasin.Upstairs, two tastefully decorated bedrooms provide a restful retreat. The double bedroom offers a comfortable bed and plenty of storage, while the twin bedroom is charmingly styled with nautical touches, including decorative oars. A travel cot and high chair are also available for young families.Outdoor Space & LocationLittle Oaks enjoys a private decked area with glass balustrades, where you can take in lovely sea views — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sundowners. The deck is accessed via 20 rustic steps through the garden, leading up to a pretty summerhouse that offers a peaceful place to unwind. There is one marked parking space in the car park, plus an additional space next to the summerhouse.Just a short stroll away is Millendreath Beach, where you’ll find paddleboard and kayak hire in the summer months, along with the popular Black Rock Café & Beach Bar.
