VISIT ENGLAND GOLD AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE
Situated in the heart of East Looe this modern second floor apartment has been fully refurbished and the owner has furnished and equipped the apartment with every attention to detail. Bright, airy and modern throughout, Quayside Haven will work best for families of four but can accommodate up to six guests. There is a parking space in the ground floor garage for a small car or a reserved free space in the Millpool carpark for a larger car (5 minute walk). Please note the full body of the car (not just the wheels) must be fully within the lines in the ground floor garage space so is only suitable for a small to medium sized car. The parking bay is outlined in yellow and the dimensions are 4.4 metres by 2.10 metres.
Accommodation comprises an open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with fully fitted kitchen including electric oven and hob, extractor, slimline dishwasher and fridge with freezer box. The kitchen is very well equipped with ample crockery, cafetiere etc. There is plenty of soft seating in the lounge area with one of the sofas converting in to a double sofa bed for up to two additional guests. There is a 43" Smart TV, plus a selection of games and books. The dining table and chairs are collapsible to enable the best use of space. The bedrooms are a standard double plus a lovely twin room with solid oak bed frames, both rooms have hanging and drawer storage and quality mattresses, bedding, bed linen and towels. A modern shower room completes the accommodation with large shower cubicle and heated towel rail.
The bustling fishing harbour, beach and Looe's numerous cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs are all on the doorstep and the beautiful walks of the South West Coastal path are just are within comfortable walking distance. This is a perfect base for exploring Looe and the beautiful surrounding areas of Cornwall.One well behaved pet is welcome (please note there is no outside space). Pets must not be left alone in the property and must be on a lead in the communal areas.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return it was a home from home and everything had been laid on for us perfectly I couldn’t fault it . One of the great things about this property is it’s location it’s right in the heart of everything and as it comes with parking you honestly don’t need to use your car you can walk to the beach restaurants pubs and shops they’re all within a stones throw

Excellent location

Perfect place to stay but the car parking is in a very tight space against a wall within a garage. However we managed it! Dilly was friendly and we had a great holiday there. The apartment was perfectly placed to escape to when it rained, which it did a lot this year.

Comfortable apartment and great location

The apartment was lovely, comfortable, clean, well equipped. Great location, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The only complaint I have is that the residents of the apartment above us were very noisy. Sometimes very early hours in the morning (3:00am or 6:00am). A part from that we had a wonderful time in Looe. We will definitely return.
