It consists of 1 large and spacious master bedroom, with a double bed, and an additional trundle bed. Wardrobes and exit to the balcony with sea views.

The dining room is spacious and modern with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 more people. The dining room, well equipped, with TV, table, chairs, etc. and from which there are also good views of the sea so you will find it very pleasant in your meals to have the Mediterranean in the background.

It has a separate, modern and equipped kitchen (with fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, etc.).

The bathroom is also arranged and very complete, with bathtub, toilet, etc.

The apartment is on the same promenade, just cross the street and touch the beach.

It is also in one of the best community areas with playground with swings, large pool equipped with hammocks and loungers and another small pool for babies, plus a garden area with fountains.

It is also just a few meters from a large supermarket and many shops around, from the typical tourist souvenirs, banks and clothing stores, to the most necessary day to day as bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, vegetables, etc.. Everything less than 4-5 minutes walk.

It also has bars and restaurants of different types for lunch or dinner, from the typical paella and fish, to pizzerias or even other more own and homemade food, according to taste.
