L emplacement de cet appartement est idéal pour profiter du sillon .Nous n avons vu personne ni à l arrivée ni pour le départ. L appartement est très humide, il n y a pas de vmc dans la salle de bain qui a été casé sous l escalier de la copropriété.Il y a une bouche d aération dans le séjour qui n est pas efficace.Les allées et venues des locataires à n importe quelle heure du jour et de la nuit(embauche travail et festivités)font beaucoup de bruit car ils ne sont pas délicats avec les portes d entrées.L équipement de la cuisine est basique pour faire réchauffer mais pour cuisiner c est autre chose(je n ai pas trouvé de plat à tarte)
