Please note that the bedrooms do not have air conditioning, but they have a ceiling fan.Kitchen with all the necessary utensils and an ironing room. Two bathrooms with bathtub-shower.Spacious living-dining room with a double sofa bed, table and chairs for 8 people, 50' flat-screen Smart TV, and split air conditioning. We can confidently say that this magnificent 3-bedroom vacation rental apartment has the best location in all of Malaga and the Costa del Sol. Located on Avenida Manuel Agustín de Heredia, facing the port of Malaga and just 400 meters from Muelle Uno.

To take a nice swim, stroll along the beach, or simply enjoy our magnificent 'pescaíto' (fried fish), we recommend the Malagueta Beach, which is only 800 meters from the apartment. Calle Larios is just 100 meters away, the Cathedral is about 300 meters away, La Alcazaba and the Roman Theater are about 500 meters away, the Carmen Thyssen Museum is just 500 meters away, etc. The Atarazanas Market is only 300 meters away, where you can buy the best fresh fish and seafood on the coast. In front of the apartment, you will find a bus stop, however, if you prefer to arrive by train, the AVE María Zambrano station is less than 1 km away.

ExtrasThe baby cot has an additional cost of €5.00 per day.Baby kit (cot, high chair, baby bath) has an additional charge of €10.00 per day.

You also have the option to request in-person check-in at the apartmentfor an extra cost of €50.

Please note:Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. Key collection is done at the office on the day of arrival until 21:00, with personalized attention if required or if you have any questions.You will have the keys available for self-check-in outside starting at 21:00.

You can leave your luggage at our office on Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia n. 6 (Malaga).

Registration can be done online or in person at our office. Please, if you choose to do it in person (recommended), don't forget to come earlier as all guests over 16 years old will have to sign the mandatory police registration.

Please be reminded that we will ask for a refundable security deposit with a credit card upon your arrival.
