Los propietarios son muy amables, el alojamiento estaba limpio y ordenado, tal cual se describe; muy acogedor y soleado. Lo bastante lejos del centro para que no llegue el alboroto y lo bastante cerca como para ir andando. Muy bien ubicado para desplazarse a otras localidades o playas. Aunque a primera vista parece que puede ser complicado aparcar no hemos tenido problemas para aparcar a menos de 40 metros, las más de las veces casi en la puerta.

Buen alojamiento en relación calidad precio. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar a gusto una pareja. Se aparca bien en la puerta y andando se llega en 10 min al centro de San Vicente donde están todos los restaurantes y casco histórico. Es un buen punto para con el coche conocer las playas de la zona o ir para Comillas, Santillana o para Asturias
