This fantastic house is located next to the San Nicolás viewpoint, offering privileged views of the Alhambra, the most visited monument in Spain. Located in the picturesque Albaicín neighborhood, one of the most beautiful areas of Granada, this three-story house (basement, ground floor, and first floor) can accommodate 10 guests.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a living-dining room with a sofa, Smart TV, armchair, side table, and a dining table for 6 people. From the living room, you can access the back garden, which features outdoor furniture, a porch, an unheated pool, and views of the ancient Nazarite wall.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with two single beds, garden views, and an en-suite bathroom. This floor also has stairs leading to the first floor, where there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the others with two single beds. The master bedroom features a balcony with views of the Alhambra.
Accessing the basement from the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
The Albaicín neighborhood is the oldest in Granada, surrounded by Sacromonte, Elvira Street, and the Darro River. This area is perfect for relaxing, strolling through its narrow streets, discovering viewpoints, and enjoying the typical gastronomy of the city.

We stayed in Albician neighborhood. Lots of resturansts and shops with in walking distance. We also walked in the Centro and Catherdal area with was a steep walk up and down. Our house was nice and had good space. Three bedrooms & bathrooms upstaits. One bedroom and one bath main floor and one bedroom and bathroom in the basement. Kitchen had good space and kitchenwares.Pool was nice but very cold in October (No heating available). Nice outdoor spce in the backyard.
We liked the location. Restaurants close and the great lookout just a block away. It’s a lot of walking if you choose to do so. Nice quiet neighborhood. But school starts in the morning and a little noisy then but I love to hear the children! Al in all beautiful!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is fantastic, in an old neighborhood, within walking distance of a number of restaurants and cafes. It is also very close to a popular viewing point for the Alhambra. We even walked to the Alhambra (although that involved a good bit of downhill and uphill hiking). However, I would not recommend trying to drive a car to this place. Even the taxi drivers were at first hesitant to take us there, although they did get us to the house.

Great pool and good communication with host, however property very tired
Our first reaction to the property was that it was in a great location (we know the area well). You do need to be prepared for the steep climb from the centre if you are on foot but plenty of taxis around or local buses.
We were a group of 7 with 3 teenagers so we had booked somewhere with 5 bedrooms so that they could have a room each. However the basement bedroom was not somewhere anyone wanted to sleep, it was dark and had a smell so none of the family felt comfortable going down there.
The apartment itself was very spacious but the furnishings such as the sofa were very stained and the headrest broken. The doors were almost fragile and the back door didn’t lock which left me a bit uneasy (although would be difficult for someone to get to). Wallpaper coming of walls, broken bathroom door so no lock, no bulb in bedside lamp, pool was losing water so we had to refill each day which took several hours. If the property was updated it would be perfect but it’s clear that the pictures were from a long long while ago.
The host was good at communicating and did allow us to stay a little later than check in which is good.

The house is very nice, in an excellent location and with great facilities like the pool (unusual in a city). Once you've worked out the most efficient route to get up and down to town (the staircase that runs from Calle Parcel Baja to Plaza San Nicholas), the hill is manageable and even quite fun. It's certainly a cardio challenge but we enjoyed it. Plenty of towels provided for both bathrooms and pool, and the standard of cleaning was excellent. However I think the house itself and the efficiency of check in etc is let down by details missing and/or maintenance issues. No tea towels or paper towels (note to owners - the more cleaning things you can provide to guests, the easier they find it to keep your property in good condition!), no house manual (so we had no idea where or how to dispose of rubbish - there were recycling bins on Plaza San Nicholas but for normal bins we couldn't work it out). The bedrooms wardrobes with hanging rails but about 3 coat hangers per room, and no drawers, so we just ended up having to put clothing in piles on the floor. More coat hangers and/or chest of drawers would be useful. The large bedroom had only one bedside lamp so reading on one side of the bed was done by phone torch.... These are small and inexpensive things that would easily be rectified by a mystery shopper actually staying in the property and feeding back, which would make staying in this villa perfect.

Great Property but.............
This property is exactly as advertised. Great location and accommodations. Our problem was that no where in the listing or rental process were we told that driving is restricted in the area of the house. Only taxis are allowed except at very limited times. In addition the roads are VERY, VERY Narrow. We told the rental agent that we had a 9 person van and asked about parking it. We were told the garage at the house would be fine. We called the day of our arrival to update our arrival time and at that time were told of the driving restrictions. We were told to park in a public parking lot and to take a taxi to the property. When we asked who was paying the taxi fare, we were informed that it was our problem but they would call us one. We asked for 2 with us being a party of 7 with luggage but were told they could only call one. Long story short, 4 of us got a taxi that tried to put us out at the wrong address first but then did take us to the correct property. The rest of our party ended up walking the cobble stone streets with their luggage to get to the house. The agent that met us at the house did not seem to care about the misinformation or our plight!!!! Very Unprofessional.
Great house in a really interesting location. Its at the top of a hill so there's a super view from the back garden and then a few short steps to the best view of the Alhambra. Getting into town on foot is an effort (on the way back up anyway!), but we made it with a carrier for our baby - wouldn't recommend trying it with a pram. Plenty of buses to get you up and down if you'd rather.
House itself has loads of space, no bath is a shame with a baby, but we made do. Some of the furniture felt a little tired compared to the images, but still all perfectly nice and functional.
Had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again.
