Beautiful house in fisherman's harbor in Toscana, 150 km north of Rome
Three-story house on the harbor. Large terrace in front. Ground floor: Living dining room and fitted kitchen. Shower room and bedroom for two people.
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 children's bedroom (bunk beds), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room. Top floor: beautiful room under 1/2 roof with boat bed and poss. sofa bed for 1 person. Another 1/2 is open roof with terrace. Dishwasher, washing machine, wifi. Sheets and towels (bath and beach). Magnificent beaches, great tourism possibilities
