*Completely refurbished corner unit with high ceilings and over 1300 square feet of living space with new and comfortable furniture.

*Master bedroom has a King SLEEP NUMBER bed which allows you to adjust the firmness of the mattress.

*Twin beds in the second bedroom allow you to convert them to King upon request. Sleeper sofa and Play and Pac are also available.

*New cabinets and appliances along with granite counters, travertine floor tile and newly installed wood plank vinyl floors to enhance the look.

*A 65” TV with premium cable, multifunctional wireless speaker, and high speed Internet await you. This unit recently added Wifi boosters for stronger internet throughout, even including connectivity near the pool.

*Well stocked kitchen if you care to eat in OR numerous eateries if you wish to dine out.

*Privacy sunshades on lanais if you wish to use them. Lanais include comfortable furniture for alfresco dining.

One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at. We were here for three weeks and instantly felt comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The place was stocked with amenities. The location superb.

There wasn't any napkins in the kitchen. And i only had one key when i First got there. There was suppose to be a key one the table.when we arrived. They did bring a extra key the next day.

Paradise

The condo was in a perfect location and was exactly as pictured.The condo had beautiful furniture and all of the different kitchen items we needed.It was a short walk to Poipu Beach where we saw turtles every day! The grounds are absolutely beautiful with lovely tropical flowers. We plan to come back.

Nice layout and location

Enjoyed large family vacation with three units in same complex. Pool and beach close. Wonderful to have own kitchen and laundry facilities. This unit is a little dated but everything else overshadows.

Great Option in Poipu

This is a great property. This area in Poipu feels like you are staying in a large resort. Multiple pools you can hit up, easy walk to Brenneke and Poipu Beaches, and a really clean a quite environment. You can't go wrong staying here.

Lovely stay - wish it was longer

Really enjoyed our stay at Regency 111. The property had everything we needed, including beach towels, kitchen essentials, and beach chairs/wagons. The short walk to the beach via the greenbelt was nice with all the beautiful vegetation. Location is close to everything including Old Koloa town and Port Allen if you want to do a Napali coast tour from the southside. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Regency 111

We had such a great visit to Regency 111! We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen (the toaster oven was great), the lanais, the variety of fans and a/c, and the easy access to Poipu’s beaches. We would love to stay there again someday.

Want more than you expected? This is the place for you!

The photos of this home did not do justice to the property. The high ceilings, large rooms, extra amenities, and easy access to the property was a nice surprise. We have VRBO’d places over a dozen homes and this one takes the cake! Thank you for all the extras and top notch kitchen, bathroom and bedroom essentials.

Great location, homey feel to the property

My family and I stayed at Hale Aataanig (Regency 111) property and enjoyed our time. It's a short drive to a couple of beaches and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The condo itself was comfortable and felt like home with the beds and kitchen appliances / pans / utensils. There is a nice gas grill in the pool area which was clean and easily accessible. I would recommend anyone looking to come to Poipu to stay here.

Wedding vacation

We stayed 3 nights and were here to attend a wedding. It is spectacular location next to the pool and hot tub, restaurants, coffee shops, walking trails, 5 min walk to the beach. Beautiful, lush green Island of Kauai, Hawaii. Would highly recommend it.

Beautiful, convenient property

As my daughter said when we walked in, the home was even better than than the online photos. Convenient location, pool right outside the condo, very clean, big very new kitchen, lots of amenities in the kitchen, beautiful balconies, first floor convenience, pack and play for the 10 mo. old, walk to multiple beaches. Within walking distance, restaurant, coffee shops and athletic club were a plus.

Paradise! Heaven on Earth

This property was extremly clean, well stocked, beautiful, luxurious, accomdating, and accurate as listed.Location to the beach, pool, restaurants, walking and hiking path, grocery and Old Koloa town were super! Overall, this condo was. So highly thought out, well equiped and CLEAN that we regreat we didn't book longer. Hope to rebook next year! Thanks for a great stay!

One of the best organized places we’ve stayed

This was absolutely well organized and stocked places we’ve stayed. Everything had labels in the cupboards and closets which made it easier to find things. Nicely furnished and most of all clean. Vicki was easy to reach on the phone every time I called to ask a question or to inquire about something. The location was perfect, nice short walks to the beaches and relaxing pool right out side. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Magical Poipu Condo

Thus Condo was beautiful - gorgeous interiors - incredibly comfortable - and in a phenomenal location. Was just magical. Kitchen is well stocked and you could prepare a gourmet meal if you so desired. The only thing mussing was an iron to press packed clothes. But that is just a tiny thing. I will most certainly return!!!

Great location and well stocked unit!

We just returned from our stay and I already wish we could go back. This was our 4th time visiting the island with our best friends. We love staying in this area and this particular unit was perfect for us. We have never stayed in a unit that was so well stocked! They had everything one could need, especially in the kitchen. The patio had nice furniture and having access to all 3 pools on the complex was great. There was work being done to the whole building while we were there (painting the outside) but that didn’t affect our stay. Love the proximity to the beaches and all of the walking paths surrounding the area. Beds were super comfy. Would definitely recommend this unit if you are visiting Poipu.

The complex is well maintained, with beautiful gardens about. The condo itself was pristine, not to mention absolutely gorgeous inside!! Spacious, spotless, and seated perfectly within walking distance of everything you could need. The hosts have left many amenities, including a light meal for a first breakfast in case you get in late. The beach supplies were very useful, and in great condition; they came in very handy! (especially the wagon, chairs, and the reusable coolers) This rental really did come with almost everything you could need to enjoy the 3 wonderful beaches that are only a short walk away down a well illuminated path. 100% would stay here again! Mahalo!

We loved how close it was to the pool but it still seemed very private. We walked down to the beach several times and utilized the pool toys with the kids. As someone who cooks a lot I so appreciated having a well stocked kitchen. The management team was very communicative and responsive. We hope to return to this unit again.

Best rental!

This apartment was amazing. We’ve rented in many cities in Europe and this rental was the best overall. Very large with plenty of space for hubby and I in one bedroom with en-suite and my Mom in the second bedroom with the main bath for her. The kitchen was the best stocked I’ve seen - you could actually cook here with every pot, pan, cooking utensil, and appliance you could think of. I particularly appreciated the rice cooker! Loved the lanai - we sat out there every morning and evening. Laundry was so awesome to have, and great for my 81 year old Mom to be on ground level. We used the hot tub a lot too. It’s great that’s it so close to the unit - we could easily check to see if anyone was in it before we left the unit. We had a little trouble finding the unit in the dark when we arrived but after a few laps of the parking lot, we found it - probably just tired from our flight :) Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this condo. It is extremely well located and close to beaches/restaurants/coffee. It is very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. There is good water pressure in the showers and the AC units keep the place cool and comfortable. The living room is also comfortable to hang out in with a lovely large tv screen. The outdoor patio is very nice to sit at and read or have a cup of coffee. The unit is very close to the pool/jacuzzi which is very convenient. They provided beach equipment as well. I would highly recommend this unit. We will definitely rent it for a third time on our next trip to Kauai.
