We offer our family villa completely renovated in 2018.
The house is located in the historic center of Cabourg, 100 m from the beach. All shops and market are nearby, on foot. Rare: a real house with garden in the center of Cabourg
Ideal for 1 or 2 families with children or without (there are 2 adjoining rooms). Summer and winter stays.

The house (120 m2) is very pleasant and functional.
Large bright living room open to the south, on a 30 m2 full foot terrace. Enclosed garden of around 200 m2.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 7 people. 3 bedrooms each consist of 2 beds of 80 modular into 2 single beds or 1 large double bed of 160. The 4th bedroom has a 90 cm bed. New bedding.
2 bathrooms (+ 2 sinks in 2 bedrooms); 1 WC; 1 laundry room.
All comfort, well equipped (internet, WiFi, television, exterior lighting, gas heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, deckchairs, etc.).

End of stay cleaning: 80 €.
Optional: possibility of renting sheets and towels: 20 € per person
attention: any disappearance of bed linen or towels will be retained on the deposit, at a rate of 30 € per missing piece.
Animals not accepted.
