Nice apartment on the ground floor, very cool in summer, just 400 meters from the sea. Ideal for two couples or couples with children. It has two individual rooms, bathroom, dining room and kitchen; Community pool and parking space. In one of the areas with the best climate in Europe and near the most beautiful beaches of Almuñécar. Very well connected to the town center, the area is ideal to enjoy the beach and its chiringuitos. The price is for four people.

A garage appartment only for sleep, things don't work doors ect.

We only sleep there, but the beeds was not the best kind,It wood have been terrebli if we should have lived there for a week, .happy it was possible to spent the days with family who had rented an appartment in the same recidence but it was very well maintained and nice, we could also have our bath there. our bathroom were not privat for us, the door to the rest of the house could not bee locked.

El apartamento es pequeño pero acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días súper a gusto y si no Cristina hace lo imposible para que así sea. Está a 7 minutos andando a la mejor playa de la zona y de arena!! Puedes dejar el coche en la puerta y la piscina está a dos pasos. Arriba hay una terraza comunitaria donde puedes hacer barbacoa que te facilita Cristina y siempre están pendientes ella o su padre de que no falte nada. Cristina nos ha asesorado sobre sitios para ver, tapear, comer... Es una anfitriona de 10, qué maravilla que haya gente tan amable. Un sitio para volver sin duda

Alojamiento acogedor.. la propietaria muy maja y muy atenta a nuestras necesidades... nos puso un detalle a nosotros y nuestros hijos... A 5 minutos andando de las dos playas más cercanas ( hay cuesta eso si)... Lo unico a destacar del alojamiento es la falta de terraza privada... en la entrada hay un pequeño espacio con dos sillas y una mesita Pero está abierto a la calle de la urbanización.

Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia, la casa está muy bien comunicada, cerca de la Nacional para hacer excursiones, la piscina en frente y la playa a un paseo. El ambiente de la urbanización es excelente, muy tranquilo y acogedor. Mis hijos disfrutaron muchísimo. Y Cristina, la anfitriona, no se pudo portar mejor. Tuvo un montón de detalles. Lo único es que hay hormigas, hay que tener cuidado si se deja algo de comida fuera. Nosotros repetiríamos
