We wanted to give the villa the nickname of "Alba Chiara" for the enchanting view that can be enjoyed from the magnificent terrace when in the morning the sun rising from the sea floods it with light. The Villa is accessed through a large and well-kept garden adjacent to the terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella. The Villa is spread over three levels and has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room. The interior finishes are elegant and refined, the new and functional furnishings make Villa Alba Chiara a structure of absolute value, certainly suitable for those who travel with family or in groups with friends and want a holiday of comfort and absolute relaxation.

Perfect house for large family group of cousins

The house was fine for our needs. It was clean and the property manager was helpful. The location was excellent with nice views to the distance. There were no bedrooms on the ground level, so everyone had to go up or down to their bedrooms. The pool was a nice add and we did enjoy it.

un super séjour dans cette belle villa avec jardin et piscine accueil parfait malgré lh eure tardive 23.30 nous etions 3 familles 6 adultes et 4 ados de 10 a 16 ans terrasse pour diner le soir linge demaison en quantité grand frigo un petit bémol il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisines comme des plats pour micro onde et ou four des couteaux de cuisines qui coupent des détails au village de Trecastagni tous les commerces et nous sommes a 30 minutes de la mer et de l'etna une super adresse donc

Fantastica casa, acogedora y muy bien preparada / Fantastic, cozy and very well prepared house.

Fuimos 12 personas, y la casa está perfectamente preparada para ello El jardín y la piscina están muy bien cuidados. Es mejor que en las fotos! La atención fue inmejorable. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros y nos ayudó al instante con todas nuestras peticiones y dudas . Es muy amable y sus recomendaciones fueron perfectas. Hay restaurantes, supermercados, fruterías, pescaderías y muchos más servicios muy cerca de la casa. We were 12 people, and the house is perfectly prepared for that. The garden and pool are very well maintained. It is better than in the pictures! The attention was unbeatable. The host was always aware of us and helped us instantly with all our requests and doubts. He is very kind and his recommendations were perfect. There are restaurants, supermarkets and many more services very close to the house
