Completely refurbished in 2011 ,this unit is located on the first floor. From its balcony you can enjoy a partial lake view. It sports a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom. A gip rock wall separates the bedroom area from the living room area where two single beds are placed so that a party of four can be easily accommodated in this unit.

Apt.118 features a DVD/Dvix player ,multimedia Hard Disk, game console (Xbox ONE + games) and LCD UHD 4K TV set ,WiFi Broadband (fiber optics) internet connection ,modern WINDFREE SamSung Air Conditioning System.

The condo boasts a wide 'solarium', some sort of flat roof, with several deck chairs, a few tables for card players, and umbrellas as sunshades.

The access to the outdoor panoramic swimming pool is included in the price.

This self-catering quality apartment is in a gated complex surrounded by a luscious park. A private under passage will lead you directly to the lake front, on the stony beach. The condominium boasts a magnificent swimming pool overlooking the lake with a smaller one for kids, tennis courts and a pizzeria/snack bar. Garda really has something for everyone: from sun to affordable shopping, beautiful mountain scenery, warm water, from skiing in winter to wakeboarding, kite-surfing, windsurfing and rock-climbing in summer, children's amusement parks Gardaland and Canevaworld.Thanks to a steamer service you can reach all the towns around the lake.Served by three airports (Verona Brescia and Bergamo), daily low cost flights can be found from every part of the UK. When you stay on Lake of Garda public transport and road links make a day trip to Milan, Venice, Verona, Bologna or even Florence an easily achieved reality.

We will provide every customer with detailed information about how to reach us. The area is served by three airports (Verona Brescia, Verona and Bergamo) and backed up by the airports at Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa , Venice Marco Polo and Treviso airports. You can reach the condo by bus from Verona's Airport or we can have a taxi to pick you up. Hiring a car at your arrival would be a nice idea meaning when you stay on Lake Garda a day trip to Milan, Venice, Verona is an easily achieved reality.

The Arena di Verona is a short drive away and the historic open air amphitheater offers an unforgettable experience. If you visit between the months of November and April, day skiing trips are perfectly feasible: the nearest slopes are 40 minutes drive away and the world-class ski resort Madonna di Campiglio 1 hr 30 minutes drive.

The largest theme park in Italy, Gardaland, is only 15 km away.

The bus stop is just in front of the condominium's gate. Going to Gardaland,Verona or reaching the other small towns this side of the lake couldn't be easier.

The condo's housekeeper/manager, Carla, will try to sort out any problem you might have. She's at the front desk every day except on Tuesdays (her day off) from 8:30 am to 1:00pm
Warning: There is a longish slope and 35 steps up to the pool, but it can be reached by car as well.

In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden und in guter Qualität. Parken mit Pkw kein Problem. Zum See bzw. Zentrum ca. 10 min zu Fuß ist auch i.O. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft zur Erkundung von Garda und Umgebung.

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung in guter Lage.

In der Nähe befindet sich eine schöne Poolanlage mit tollem Restaurant und schönem Blick über den See. Wir konnten kostenlos rein. Von der Ferienwohnung ist man zu Fuß in gut 5 Min in Garda. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Just Perfect

Great Apartment, lovely gardens, fantastic owner Mauro who will do anything for you. We used the Hotel Du Lac opposite as our starting point most nights lovely terrace overlooking the bay. Garda is wonderful, nice restaurants and bars, Best pint is crystal at the Piccolo.

From first mnute to the last everything was perfect. Our host, Mauro, was very resourcefull and very fast on replying on our email. Location of apartmens wad perfect and the end (or start) of promenada. Apartment come with EVERYTHING that you could think aboutand therr were also some nice touches like juice, beer, cookies, fruit when we entered the room. Garda lake id also perfect and we are planning to come back next year.

Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren hilfreich und voll zutreffend. Das Haus stammt wohl aus den 70er Jahren und könnte ein Auffrischung gebrauchen. Die Fewo jedoch war ansprechend, sauber und bestens ausgestattet, das Duschbad ganz neu. Herr Dona war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Er spricht englisch, italienisch und deutsch. Da wir selbst gerne wiederkommen werden, würden wir die Fewo auch Freunden empfehlen. Die Grünanlagen um das Haus herum waren sehr gepflegt. Toll war die Nähe zu dem sehr gepflegten, großzügigen Swimmingpool und dem netten Restaurant oberhalb des Hanges. Auch die Promenade ins Zentrum von Garda war sicher und schnell erreicht.

On arrival at what was to be our home for the next 10 days we were greeted by Mauro. We already felt as if we knew our host as there had been several email exchanges between us. Mauro was just what we expected; friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable. He gave us a tour of the complex and the surrounding area and looked after our every need. The apartment complex looks a bit dated but our apartment 118 was clean, spacious enough for 3 and had everything, I mean everything, we could possibly need for our stay. A fridge stocked with a section of drinks, a bowl of fresh fruit, condiments, towels, washing up liquid, fresh coffee, shower gel and plenty of toilet rolls to name but a few. The apartment was lovely and cool with air conditioning and there was a TV, laptop and Xbox. Our son was pleased with the WiFi connection so he could keep in touch with his girlfriend. The pool and pizzeria is reached by a short uphill walk, both have fantastic views.Always plenty of space in and around the pool. The lake can be reached via a private underpass and is lovely for an early evening dip. Garda itself is a very pleasant 15 minutes walk along the promenade. Set in very pleasant surroundings, a great location and a wonderful host, what more could you ask for.

Excellent service, good & peaceful room

Although the property itself is very outdated the apt. 118 has been renovated and it felt fresh and suprisingly roomy for four people. It was fully equipped from hairdryer to microwave. Even a game console (Xbox One, if I remember correctly) was there if needed. The owner Mauro was very helpful to show us around and tell about the property. The pool is situated approximately 150 - 200 meters away from the apartment on top of a small hill. The pool was nice but very crowded and the climb there was too long to go for just a little dip (It was 34 - 39 celcius hot there every day...). But then again, who needs a pool when you have the beautiful Garda Lake right next to you. It took less time to reach the Al Corno beach than the pool. Unfortunately the under passage to the beach was closed due to construction work so we had to cross the road each time we went to the beach. This was not a problem for us but it might be for some people. There's no reserved parking space for apt. 118 but there was always a free park somewhere in the perimeter although it was high season. If I would travel to Garda again I would definitely ask an offer from Mauro again.

Great location, great facilities, great service

One of the best holidays we have ever had, location was excellent 100m from lake Garda, facilities were great pool area fantastic, apartment clean and fridge stocked with all the things you need for the first night, Mauro the owner extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect Holiday

The apartment complex is very beautiful and clean. There is lots of parking space and it's very quiet with a 2 minute walk through a private passage to the lake. The apartment itself was very, very clean and well equipped with TV, HDD, DVD, glasses, cups, plates, cuttlery, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, grill, fan, air con, towels. There is a 5 minute hike to an enormous pool shared with guests from another hotel and the apartment but it's still very clean and not overly busy (there's still enough space to enjoy the pool). There is also a nice bar next to the pool. Although the apartment has only 40sqm it was more than enough space for 3 adults and 1 dog. On top of the perfect apartment & location, Mauro was the most dedicated host I've ever encountered. He was very friendly and showed us around right away, responding to our every need almost immediately, even going to the pet store to take pictures of a dog carrier which we needed to take the train to Venice and he provided a guide to Garda along with maps and extra leaflets for tourist activity. AMAZING! His English is at native level which made communication very easy. On this note, the apartment is only around 30km from Verona & around 150km from Venice. We drove to both places by car for day trips and again, Mauro was very helpful with tips on where to park and which route to take. We will be sure to recommend this to everyone who seeks to stay at Lake Garda.
