This unit, same size as Apt. 332, is located on the second floor of Euro residence. The condo boasts a wide 'solarium', some sort of flat roof, with several deck chairs, a few tables for card players, and umbrellas as sunshades. From up here you will enjoy a 180 degrees spectacular, breathtaking view of the lake.

Apt 331 sports modern furniture, well equipped kitchen, a stylish wooden table, a comfortable double bed and a brand new sofa bed (it can be used as double bed ,single bed or 2 single beds), 32 inch LCD TV set and DivX player and multimedia Hard disk ,Xbox One (+ games). It can easily accommodate up to four people. An additional single bed (cot/crib) for a child up tp 3 years old might can be added on request. This unit doesn't sport a standard balcony .but instead a French Balcony.

The access to the outdoor panoramic swimming pool is included in the price.

These self-catering quality apartments are in a gated complex surrounded by a luscious park. A private under passage will lead you directly to the lake front, on the stony beach. The condominium boasts a magnificent swimming pool overlooking the lake with a smaller one for kids, tennis courts and a pizzeria/snack bar. Garda really has something for everyone: from sun to affordable shopping, beautiful mountain scenery, warm water, from skiing in winter to wakeboarding, kite-surfing, windsurfing and rock-climbing in summer, children's amusement parks Gardaland and Canevaworld.Thanks to a steamer service you can reach all the towns around the lake.Served by three airports (Verona Brescia and Bergamo), daily low cost flights can be found from every part of the UK. When you stay on Lake of Garda public transport and road links make a day trip to Milan, Venice, Verona, Bologna or even Florence an easily achieved reality.

General Information (Part 1): We will provide every customer with detailed information about how to reach us. The area is served by three airports (Verona Brescia, Verona and Bergamo) and backed up by the airports at Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa , Venice Marco Polo and Treviso airports. You can reach the condo by bus from Verona's Airport or we can have a taxi to pick you up. Hiring a car at your arrival would be a nice idea meaning when you stay on Lake Garda a day trip to Milan, Venice, Verona is an easily achieved reality.

The Arena di Verona is a short drive away and the historic open air amphitheater offers an unforgettable experience. If you visit between the months of November and April, day skiing trips are perfectly feasible: the nearest slopes are 40 minutes drive away and the world-class ski resort Madonna di Campiglio 1 hr 30 minutes drive.

The largest theme park in Italy, Gardaland, is only 15 km away.

General Information (Part 2): The bus stop is just in front of the condominium's gate. Going to Gardaland,Verona or reaching the other small towns this side of the lake couldn't be easier.

The condo's housekeeper/manager, Carla, will try to sort out any problem you might have. She will be at the residence every day except on Tuesdays /her day off) from 8:30 am to 1pm.

Warning: There is a longish slope and 35 steps up to the pool, but it can be reached by car as well.

Mauro ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und hilft bei allen Problemen weiter. Von der Basisausstattung in der Küche bis zur Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern (sogar für den Strand) war alles vorhanden. Sogar gekühlte Getränke und frisches Obst nach der (langen) Anreise gab es. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Besser als erwartet

Das Appartement ist zwar etwas seltsam eingerichtet, aber es ist sehr angenehm. Es war tip top sauber, die Betten supergemütlich und das Bad komplett neu mit einer riesigen Regendusche. Uns erwartete ein großer Korb mit frischen Früchten und ein mit Getränken gefüllter Kühlschrank. Mauro ist eine gute Seele! Er ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilft, wo er kann. Er räumt sogar seinen Privatparkplatz in der Tiefgarage, wenn man keine Parklücke findet. Die Anlage ist komplett abgeriegelt und von Außenstehenden nicht zu betreten. Der Tunnel unter der Straße ist tagsüber super, nachts aber ziemlich gruslig. Leider hatte unser Apartment keinen Balkon. Das war aber das einzige Manko.

Die Wohnung wat toll ausgestattet, selbst Öl, Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee und vieles mehr. Die Lage zu Garda ist ein perfekter kleiner Fußweg. See und Pool beides in der Nähe. Und Mauro der Hausherr kümmert sich um alles und ist super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

schönes Appartement in wirklich toller Lage zum See

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Garda. Das Appartement ist schön und mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Mauro ist ein toller Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool zur Anlage ist sehr schön, groß mit zusätzlichem Kinderpool und tollem Blick über den See. Eine Pizzeria ist auch am Pool. Dafür muss man ein paar Schritte laufen oder kurz mit dem Auto den Berg rauf (bei viel Gepäck und Kinderwagen, da ansonsten mehrere Stufen zu überbrücken wären). Den See erreicht man nach überqueren der Straße unmittelbar (bzw. durch einen Tunnel). In Garda ist man innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement in guter Lage

Die Ausstattung war komplett, einschließlich WLAN. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit mit Platz für die Fahrräder. Das App. war sauber und gepflegt. Sehr angetan waren wir bei Ankunft auch von den Getränken im Kühlschrank, der gefüllten Obstschüssel und den Sweeties. Mauro war sehr freundlich und stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. In 5min war man am Strand und ein paar Schritte weiter im Zentrum von Garda - die Lage des Domizils ist hervorzuheben. Auf dem Fußweg nach Garda ist die kleine Strandbar erwähnenswert, an der wir abendlich unseren Sun-Downer genossen haben. Der Pool liegt traumhaft, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin ca. 300 m bergauf. Abstriche: Leider hatte das Appartement keine Terasse oder Balkon und es gab keine Grillmöglichkeit. Insgesamt aus unserer Sicht aber ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Mauro was very welcoming and incredibly helpful during our stay. We liked our room, beds comfy, nice views, small kitchenette well equipped. Mostly Italians staying at the residence. Pool area lovely. Restaurant has great views but the service wasn't great for us, recommend having a dink here to appreciate the view. Very good value accommodation in a spectacular part of the world. Also recommend hiring a speedboat for €65 in town on the lakeside as that was amazing.

Kommen wieder

Wir wurden von Mauro sehr herzlich empfangen. Uns wurde die gesamte Anlage mit Pool von Mauro gezeigt. Unser Appartement 331 war sauber und komplett ausgestattet mit Bettwäsche u. Handtücher . Wir hatten einen schönen Teilblick auf den See. Die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und in ruhiger Lage. Parkmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden. Das Zentrum von Garda ist über die Strandpromenade in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen es jederzeit weiter.

Ferienwohnung 331

Wir, 2 Erwachsene und unsere Tochter (13 Jahre) waren vom 23.07.2016 bis zum 29.07.2016 in der Ferienwohnung 331 in Garda. Das Gebäude in der sich die Ferienwohnung befindet war ursprünglich ein Appartementhotel. Das Gebäude ist dementsprechend älter, was sich auch auf den Fluren zeigt. Mit dem Appartement waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden herzlich von Mauro empfangen. Auf dem Tisch stand ein Obstkorb und im Kühlschrank befanden sich Getränke. Das Appartement besteht aus einem Zimmer mit Schlafcouch für uns sowie einem Sofabett für unsere Tochter. Die Küche war mit Herd (2 Felder), Mikrowelle, Toaster, kleinen Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und einer kleinen Geschirrspülmaschine ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bezogen und es lagen Handtücher für uns bereit. Das Appartement war sauber; im Badezimmer befanden sich allerdings kleine Stockflecke (wahrscheinlich weil das Bad kein Fenster besitzt). Der Strand (Kies) war durch die Unterführung genauso wie der Ort Garda (ca. 5 Minuten) sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Schwimmbecken (sehr groß) befindet sich etwas höher gelegen. Von dort hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Gardasee. Zusätzlich befindet sich am Schwimmbecken eine Pizzeria; wo man auch Kaltgetränke, Eis etc. kaufen kann. Wir würden das Appartement noch einmal buchen bzw. auch empfehlen, da wir eine vergleichbare Unterkunft (Preis/Leistung) noch nicht gefunden haben ( wir fahren seit über 10 Jahren nach Garda). Empfehlenswertes Appartement

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Alles entsprach so, wie es im online-Portal beschrieben war. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Hierher kann man jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Gardasee und Umgebung sind immer eine Reise wert.

When we arrived we were meet by Mauro who showed us to the apartment and then gave us the guided tour. The apartment had every thing we needed including a welcome pack of groceries wine etc. The apartment was very clean and bright, the kitchen was a bit small but had everything you needed including a dishwasher. The complex has a great swimming pool with a Pizzeria where the staff where wonderful especially Simone. The pool is situated at the top of the complex and is 5 minutes uphill. A short walk takes you to the lakeside and slightly further on you have Garda with a good range of Restaurants, Shops and bars. Mauro was the perfect host we mentioned that our dog would require a visit to the vets to receive a tapeworm tablet, Mauro not only booked it for us he also took us there. Please note Italy is very dog friendly. I would strongly recommend a holiday to Europa apartments and we plan to visit again next year.

Great location, good facilities, helpful host

We had a great time at Garda, with Mauro doing all he could to help us arrive and settle in. He collected us and our luggage from the bus station, took us to clean and comfortable rooms, and showed us round a well organised complex with great swimming pool. Access from the apartments to lots of food, transport, shops and activities was easy.. and the sun shone all week.

Amazing location on lake front in Garda

We stayed here in July 2014 and had an amazing holiday. The location is great and the swimming pool is possibly the largest pool in the town with a pizzeria on site. It is only a short walk along the lake shore into the town with an underground walkway to a small beach on the lake. We were in Garda for a wedding, with guests staying in many other hotels and apartments but they all came to our swimming pool as even in the really expensive accommodation, the pool here was the best. The only thing is there is alot of steps up to the pool but we drove up as my dad wasnt able to walk that far. The kids had a great time here. The apartments were really nice, clean and included a playstation and lots of new movies to watch, which entertained the children. Mauro was amazing, we had a few problems on holidays as I tore ligaments in my leg but Mauro was very helpful with anything we needed and was so knowledgable about everything in the area. My son also has severe food allergies and Mauro researched the pizzeria etc before we arrived to make sure he could eat here. We will definitely return here, my son wants to move here now as he loved it so much. The hospitality shown by Mauro was above and beyond any expectation. Definitely rate it 5 out of 5.

Very clean well maintained apartment

We stayed in this apartment with our 2 teenage daughters and 7 year old son. On arrival we were greeted by Mauro who owns the apartment, he was extremely helpful and welcoming speaking perfect English and having good local knowledge. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained, with good facilities. The location was perfect just a 5 minute walk from Lake Garda and the shops. The swimming pool and restaurant in the resort were also very good. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and we will hopefully be staying here again in 2014. We can not think of any negative points.

Holiday Review

Excellent place to stay - Mauro was most helpful. We enjoed our holioday very much. The area is beautiful and we had lovely views from our balcony. The appartment was very comfortable. We used public transport a lot - it`s good. If you`re driving to south of the lake, avoid the period between 10.30 and 12, which seems very biusy. We will definitely be going back as there`s so much to see and do and the weather was great.

A great stay at Euroresidence - Garda

My two daughters, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Euroresidence during the second half of July 2011. The apartment and locations were without any (bad) surprises whereas Mauro had kindly filled in the fridge with some foods and drinks for our arrival. The location is very near the lake through a very easy accessed tunel that makes it one does not even have to cross the busy Garda main road to get to the lake (5 minutes walking). The swimming pool is worth the walk and there, you can even enjoy a restaurant and drinks just nearby. Besides all the location convenience, I have to say that most of all, I liked very much that both Mauro and the residence general manager were always helpful, kind, and meeting our demands promptly with a smile. I would recommend Euroresidence Garda to anyone whom would wish to discover the Garda Lake and its surroundings. Verone is very near and Monte Baldo has some very nice places and villages to visit. For what relates to the Lake, well, the residence is 10 minutes walking distance from the dock where you can take a lake ferry to any location. So, once again, a clear advantage. After our stay this year, we have decided to get there again. The one thing that scares me about this review is that due to success there would not be again, an apartment available for us next year in Summer due to lack of availabilities. To make it short, a very conveninent and easy location, comfortable apartments, close to the lake and a great swimming pool, with nice staff always happy to help your stay and answer your questions, in a very nice city (Garda). Perfect for our family

This accomodation was just what we needed to execute a relaxing vacation. It gave us the possibility to cook, when we/if we wanted - to spend "easy time" with our kids ( thanks to the elctric babysitters - dvd and i-net) relax by the pool and make easy dayjourneys to different sights nearby. sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Angaben des Online-Inserates wurden voll bestätigt. Das Haus bietet ein ansprechendes Entree mit einer großen Empfangshalle. Das Domizil nennt sich zurecht Residenz und liegt in einer sehr schönen gesicherten und gepflegten Parkanlage, in der ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden waren. Die Wohnung war mit allem angegebenen Inventar ausgerüstet und gut bestückt. Die Sonnenterrasse war schöner, als Sie auf dem Foto dargestellt wurde. Unser Ansprechpartner Mauro war überaus freundlich und zuvor-kommend. Er sorgte dafür, dass der Kühlschrank bei unserer Anreise bereits mit den ersten Lebensmitteln gefüllt war, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Noch nie ist uns so etwas begegnet. Zudem war es sehr beruhigend, dass Mauro für uns immer telefonisch erreichbar war. Mauro zeigte uns bei der Ankunft sowohl die Möglichkeit der Nutzung des wunderschönen Swimmingpools oberhalb der Anlage und die anliegenden Restaurants. Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir die Unterführung, die den Bewohnern der Anlage zur Verfügung stand, um sicher über die Uferstraße zu gelangen, die zeitweise sehr befahren war. Der Weg führte direkt auf die Seepromenade. Von dort aus gelangte man innerhalb von ca. 5 Min. nach Garda. Die Promenade war gut ausgeleuchtet, so dass man auch nachts sicher den Weg am Ufer zurückgehen konnte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Wohnung 331 wählen und die Annehmlichkeiten in Anspruch nehmen, die diese Anlage bietet. Zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass wir in der Zeit vom 16. - 26.09.10 gereist sind. Dadurch hatten wir wahrscheinlich auch eine ruhigere Zeit, da der erste Urlaubsansturm vorbei war. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub am Gardasee.

What makes this property unique

The unique feature which makes my properties stand out is the location. Our residence is right in front of San Vigilio beach and it's connected to the lake by a private underpass. Besides it sports a sun terrace overlooking Lake Garda and the surrounding mountain range.
