Our house of 'CLAUD' is located on the edge of hillside in a rural environment where reign calm and tranquility. A swimming pool of 4mx9m fenced with a wooden terrace is in the heart of our garden. The house is 2 km from the village of 'Le Fleix' and 17 km from Bergerac in the Périgord purple.

Our house will allow you to spend relaxing holidays and to discover the sights of the Dordogne as well as its gastronomic specialties. The summer period offers numerous events such as regional product markets, night markets, cellar visits (Bergerac, Monbazillac, St Emilion). The nearby river Dordogne allows swimming and the practice of canoeing, paddle boarding.
The village has all the conveniences in terms of health and small shops nearby. A shopping center is also 10 minutes away.


House with a capacity of 5-6 people composed on the ground floor of an entrance, a kitchen, a dining room, a lounge, a bathroom, a toilet.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with double bed on mezzanine sleeps 2), a reading corner, a bathroom with WC.

Outside, a covered terrace of 60 m2 with garden furniture, a fenced and planted 5800 m2 with a sheep pen and a chicken coop (fresh eggs available), a 9mx4m fenced pool. The garden has games for children (swing, house, hut and zipline for children (use under the responsibility of an adult), large trampoline and an area to play petanque.
