A great place right in the center

The place is HUGE, clean and well furnished. It's right in the middle of all the action. Steps from Gran Via and many restaurants and tapas bars. It is noisy outside at night until 2am but the windows do a great job of blocking it. We slept well once the windows were shut. The only issue we had is that the checkout process outside of business hours is not clear and the property management was not responsive even at 9am on Sun. There were so many positives, I would still recommend this place and I would not hesitate to book again if our travels brings us back to Madrid!

Location, location, location!

The location is the best! You are located in the middle of a lively and convenient location. Close to everything. The plumbing was an issue. You can’t flush anything in the toilet. I could deal with that. But our friends took the bedroom with the bathroom. We were assigned the guest bath. The shower fixture was not operating correctly so we showered under a small drip of water. The toilet flush button is not working correctly so you have to press outside of the button to get the toilet to stop flushing and the sink did not drain appropriately. In other words - they need a plumber! But if you are aware of this you and can tolerate it, the view alone makes this inconvenience-worth it!!

Excellent location!!

The apartment is so cute and clean. The location was absolutely perfect! Check in was easy and communication was always right on time and flawlessly clear. The only thing I would caution anyone at all about is the size of the showers, they are very very small and this is in no way an exaggeration, while I am a larger American, there were average size guests in my party and they also had issues reaching some bits and bobs, lol. We, of course made the best of it.

Excelente ubicación y atención del personal

Estuvimos tres noches cinco adultos. El departamento es bastante amplio, cómodo y cuenta con todos los servicios q ofrecen. La ubicación muy céntrica, pudimos caminar a todos los puntos de interés, además de tiendas y restaurantes para todos los presupuestos. Muy recomendable, sin duda regresaremos.
