Approx. 800 m from the sea is this well-appointed holiday cottage with swimming pool and various activities for 14 people. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned and is built around two separate sleeping quarters and a total of 2 large bathrooms. Both bathrooms have shower cubicle and underfloor heating. The house has an impressive pool area which includes a sauna, large built-in whirlpool with back massage, seated massage, neck pillows and hand held shower. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with flat-screen TV, living room and wood-burning stove. There is PlayStation. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you come into the activity room where you can take you a game of darts or pool at the beautiful pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in table tennis. Both the pool area and activity room is a great gathering place for the whole family. On the large plot that surrounds the house there are also catered for younger guests with a sandpit and swings. The adults can relax on the sunbeds on the terrace. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
