Though the village may be small, it boasts the Bosherston Lily Pools and National Nature Reserve with abounding countryside scenery. The lakes are home to otters, wildfowl and dragonflies amongst other wildlife. It is also well stocked with an array of fish offering good coarse fishing. The wider area of Pembrokeshire is home to Pembroke Castle and Carew Castle along with several museums. The nearby harbour town of Tenby is a must visit whilst in the area. It boasts castle ruins, a 15th century Tudor Merchant's House along with St. Catherine's Island, home to St. Catherine's Fort. The town of Pembroke hosts many shops and eateries.
