A beautifully designed new two bedroom house on one level with ocean views, fully equipped kitchen open plan to a bar and dining sitting room, covered barbecue room and a sun terrace. It is in an ideal location for a relaxing vacation, levada walking and exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside on the west of Madeira Island.

The living area is all on one level with a modern well fitted kitchen, covered barbecue room and a new large sun terrace where you can spend time relaxing and enjoying the ocean views.

Simply wonderful

The booking process for the accommodation was easy and straightforward. Although we arrived very late, the key handover was unproblematic. Communication with the hosts was exemplary. The holiday apartment is spacious and very well furnished. Upon arrival, a bottle of wine (very good), a bottle of water, and various fruits were provided. We lacked nothing. There was nothing to complain about regarding the cleanliness of the property and the outdoor area. We felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this holiday apartment. It was a wonderful vacation. We will book this holiday apartment again for our next stay, if possible .

Schöne, großzügige, saubere Wohnung, viele Decken, Handtücher, großer Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, ausreichend Töpfe/Pfannen, Besteck, Schüsseln (Tassen, Weingläser… jeweils nur 4 Stück, also sollte man keinen Besuch einladen), große Terrasse mit verschiedenen Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten, wo jeder sein Plätzchen, Schatten, Meerblick…findet, allerdings ist der Meerblick, im Vergleich zum Foto im Inserat mittlerweile „eingeschränkt“ durch den vor der Terrasse gewachsenen Baum. Gastgeber antwortet bei Fragen schnell.

Tout est conforme à l annonce. La maison est jolie, propre et très bien équipée. Le garage est un vrai plus. La vue sur l océan est agréable. Le propriétaire est prévenant, tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour.

Sauberes Häuschen mit schönem Blick

Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem Häuschen. Es besteht etwas Renovierungsstau, über den man jedoch fast hinwegsehen kann. Eine der beiden Gartenliegen konnte nicht mehr benutzt werden (kaputt). Klima im Haus etwas feucht, man sollte gut lüften! Ansonsten mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Urlaub benötigten! Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse ist ein Traum! Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Solides Häuschen für den Urlaub, aber an ein paar Stellen Verbesserungspotential

Grundsätzlich ist das Haus absolut in Ordnung. Besonders für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, ist es super. Und wir sind nicht über die Maßen anspruchsvoll, wir brauchen ein Bett und ein Dach über dem Kopf. Insofern alles super. Was allerdings gestört hat, waren die Ameisen, die es im Haus gibt. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer und bei der Spüle hatten wir immer wieder mal welche, auch an der Schwelle der Terrassentür. Es sind kleine Ameisen und nicht in unglaublichen Mengen, deswegen hatten wir nichts vor Ort gesagt, wir konnten damit umgehen, aber ich finde da darf etwas getan werden. Die Ausstattung der Küche war okay, die Qualität der Pfannen hätte etwas besser sein können und ein paar kleine Töpfe wären schön gewesen. Was ich mir gewünscht hätte, wäre eine etwas längere Begrüßung gewesen. Nachdem wir dem Vermieter geschrieben hatten, dass wir vor Ort sind (die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war übrigens im Vorfeld und auch während der Reise absolut hervorragend und vorbildlich), kam jemand mit dem Schlüssel vorbei, zeigte uns dann in zwei Sekunden die Räumlichkeiten und war dann wieder weg. Wir mussten dann selbst nach der Waschmaschine zum Beispiel suchen, die in einem "Schuppen" untergebracht war. Alles in allem aber war es gut.

Séjour dépaysant.

Très bon séjour dans une maison parfaite pour 4 personnes avec une superbe vue. Ville à 3 kms à pied Dénivelé important comme partout sur l'île.
