Nicely decorated and comfortable two bedroom apartment Poli Nona with balcony in walking distance to the center of Poreč. The apartment spreads on over 86 m2 and can accomodate up to 4 guests. It is located on the first floor of the family house and consists of a fully equiped kitchen with kitchen utensils and dining area for 4 guests, a comfortable living room with excess to the terrace with sitting area ideal for breakfast, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the children room is from the balcony. There is a balcony with garden furniture. The apartment has air conditioning, SAT TV, bed linen and towels, and the guests have a private parking on their disposal. The guests have also a BBQ on in the shared garden on theire disposal.

nicht schlecht aber nicht besonders

die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und völlig ausreichend. Nur leider ist die Wohnung der Besitzer darüber sehr hellhörig und dadurch störend wenn man schlafen will und um elf die Kinder immer noch die Treppe hoch und runter rennen .

Die Wohnung war sauber und (außer dem Gebell einiger Hunde) ruhig. Die Küche gut bestückt mit allen Kochutensilien. Leider sind die Lichtverhältnisse mittelmäßig, Sparlampen schön und gut, aber zum Kochen nicht ideal. Die Familie war aber jederzeit ansprechbar und besorgte auch fehlende Assesoirs. Die große Terasse ist schön und das die Schlafzimmer auseinanderliegen ist ideal.

Großzügige Wohnung mit überdachter Terasse in altstadtnähe

Tolle Wohnung ca. 10 Min zu Fuß von der Altstadt Porec und dem Hafen entfernt. Großzügige Platzverhältnisse. Tolle Terasse mit Blick auf den angrenzenden Wald. Überdacht. Die Zimmer sind auch groß genug mit Schränken. Dusche etwas eng, aber ok. Zum Supermarkt mit dem Auto ca. 3 Min, zu Fuß ca. 10 Min. Uns hat es gefallen.
