About this property

This beautiful stone house is a semi-detached building located near Porec, and consists of Villa Zita and Villa Parentium. Each villa is decorated in a traditional Istrian style and has a private pool and courtyard. Villa Parentium consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. There is also a baby cot and a high chair, DVD player, satellite TV, and free, wireless internet. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have towels and bed linen. In front of the villa there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and a cowered terrace with garden furniture, outdoor shower and barbecue. The villa also has parking in front of the house (3 parking space). Pets are allowed. (max 1). This beautiful stone house is located in the small village of Dracevac, 7.5 km from Porec and 6.5 km from the first beach in Zelena Laguna. The small town of Dračevac has a lot of greenery, and is an ideal place to relax and escape from the city bustle. It houses typical Istrian houses. Dračevac is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive groves, as well as numerous forest roads. Die Villa Parentium sieht tatsächlich 1 zu 1 aus, wie auf den Bildern. Andelina, die Eigentümerin war sehr nett und war immer hilfsbereit. Es hat alles problemlosfunktioniert. Wir haben hier 11 wunderschöne Tage verbracht und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. DANKESCHÖÖÖÖÖÖÖN für einen traumhaften Urlaub

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben in dieser Villa eine richtig entspannte Woche verlebt! Der Außenbereich mit Pool und überdachten Essbereich ist so schön, dass wir uns die ersten 4 Tage gar nicht bewegen wollten. Die Villa ist mit ihren 4 SZ und den 4 jeweils angeschlossenen BZ sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet Optimalen Platz für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war ohne Probleme und angenehm. Sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel. Das Haus hat alles was man zum Leben braucht! Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!
