Lovely apartment Silvano I is located in a quiet neighbourhood near the center of Porec. It is situated on the ground floor of this house and can accommodate up to three persons.
This plesant apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a main area in which you can find a well equipped kitchenette with all the necessary kitchen utensils and cooking appliances. On the other side of the room there's a dining area and seating area with a TV and a couch which can be used as additional bed for the third guest. Main living area is air-conditioned. From the apartment you have an access to the private terrace with a seating area overlooking the shared garden. In the mentioned garden you can also find a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area under a roof.
Parking is available on the street in front of the house. WiFi connection, bed linen, towels and usage of air-condition is included in the rental price.
