House located near the shops and the beach in a residential area. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher microwave, robot, deep fryer ...) a living room with dvd player 3 bedrooms with beds of 140 and 2 extra beds, a large bathroom with walk-in shower an independent toilet.garden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Fully fenced garden not overlooked vegetation around the back part of the house.
In the garage adjoining a shower for the return of beach and5 adult bikes and 3 children's bikes available to teens because many bike trails make this area very attractive. A4km setrouve Lake Lacanau very nice for children with windsurfing and water skiing. But the great particularity of Lacanau is surfing with his international competition and near the great wines of the Médoc;

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus, welches ganz ruhig gelegen ist. Toll ist, dass man dennoch mit dem Rad in 5 Minuten am Meer oder in Lacanau ist. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, ist gut ausgestattet und der Gastgeber stand immer zur Verfügung, wenn es ein Problem gab. Richtig toll! Die Sonnenterasse an der Seite ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht ganz so schön, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Auch mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen.

La maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et très bien placée dans Lacanau. Tout peut se faire à pied. La mise à disposition des vélos est un vrai plus. Propriétaires toujours disponibles. Une bonne adresse à retenir.

Nos très bonnes vacances à Lacanau

Maison idéalement située à Lacanau Océan, proche de la plage et des commerces. Les vélos (anciens) sont très pratiques pour s'y rendre. Emplacement dans un quartier très calme. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances une fois passée la déception d'une maison qui nécessiterait un rafraichissement général et un nettoyage de fond.

Endroit très tranquille, il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la villa sauf qu’il y a seulement une salle de bain pour 4 adultes et deux enfants que nous étions. De la villa, on se rend en 15 minutes à pieds à la plage et elle est près des sentiers dans la forêt de pins, ce qu’on a très apprécié.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zu einem Aufenthalt benötigt. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist dennoch relativ zentral sowohl zum Strand als auch zur Promenade. Die Objektbeschreibung trifft in jeglicher Hinsicht zu. Der Kontakt war problemlos. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht.

Au calme et très bien situé

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce, situé au calme et à proximité de toutes les.commodités et de toutes les activités à Lacanau Océan (accessibles à pied). Le lac est accessible avec les vélos via la piste cyclable. Bonne literie.

Manque de propreté ? Depuis 20 ans que nous louons cette maison dont 10 avec Abritel c'est la première fois que nous avons un tel reproche! Quant à l'humidité nous avons eu après les pluies du printemps une remontée d'eau dans le soubassement et de la moisissure dans une chambre.Le problème a été résolu,tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Ce désagrément a été compensé par un geste commercial conséquent.

wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und die Lage in relativer Nähe zu Strand und Zentrum war für uns perfekt. Der Garten ist nicht besonders idyllisch aber uneinsehbar. Insgesamt habe wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Très bonne adresse

On a tous bien profité de cette maison idéalement situé! Les vélos sont vraiment bien pratiques et la maison est bien équipé pour la cuisine. On peut y cuisiner comme à la maison ! La propriétaire a été très disponible pour nous et à l’écoute. Je recommence vivement !

Appréciation générale : Maison très bien située dans Lacanau Océan à proximité de tout commerce, de la mer et des pistes cyclables. A améliorer manque le wifi, lave-linge un peu trop ancien et manque un tancarville pour sécher le linge à l'extérieur.

Reicht völlig aus

Auch wenn das Haus nicht besonderst groß ist, hat man alles was man braucht. Die Nähe zum Strand ebenso ins Zentrum (je ca.800m) und dennoch in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist super. Das einzigste kleine Mango an dem Haus ist die Toilette, da diese kein Fenster hat.
