By renting this row house at Rim Holiday Centre, you get access to the centre's facilities like indoor and outdoor swimming pools. From the cottage's terrace, enjoy the view of golf courses and ships passing by. The house has two floors. The kitchen has an open connection to the dining section and living room, with access to the south-facing terrace. Close proximity to the beach and Havneby town. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The house was spacious enough for our group of six, and we loved the open kitchen and living area, The terrace view overlooking the golf courses was a lovely bonus, especially during sunset, Plus, being just a short drive from Soenderstrand Beach was perfect for our beach days, Highly recommend it!

The layout was perfect for our family of six, with plenty of space for everyone, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals together, We especially loved the terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the ships pass by, The proximity to Soenderstrand Beach was a major plus, and the kids had a blast at the nearby swimming pools, Overall, a lovely getaway that we would definitely return to!

Leider hatten wir falsche Zugangsdaten für das Internet und wir hatten Probleme die Haustür zu verschließen (Türgriff nach oben - wussten wir nicht, hat uns ein Bewohner des Nachbarhauses, der zufällig vorbei kam, mitgeteilt. Wir waren vorher schon dreimal auf Römö, in drei verschiedenen Häusern, da gab es das Problem nicht. Tolles Freizeitangebot (kostenlose Nutzung Schwimmbad drinnen und draußen).
