The space
This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is perfect for couples, friends or solo travellers who wish to experience the charm of the Old Town and be in the centre of the city. Literally just a minute away from The Royal Mile it does not get any better location wise. Besides having all the main attractions within 5-10 minutes from the flat, there are also plenty of shops around if you'd rather stay home and cook your own dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or just have a cup of coffee in the back garden area.

The apartment is in an incredible area. The space itself was basic yet clean. It was nice to have a kitchen with stove and fridge to cook some meals. Unfortunately the heat is on a timer and we were FREEZING our entire stay. The check in/check out process I found also to be a bit of a scavenger hunt as pick up/drop off of keys are in different locations and unfortunately we were given a faulty key the first round forcing us to walk back and forth which is difficult and tiring after a long travel day and when travelling with luggage. Also note that because the apartment is right off the royal mile (ideal for walking and touristing during the day) it is very loud when trying to sleep at night. Overall the place served our needs would just love some heat and maybe some ear plugs!

Great Property in a Perfect Location

Property was in a great location, so close to the Royal Mile! It totally fit our needs and was clean and tidy. We also stayed here during record heat in Edinburgh and opening the windows created a perfect breeze that helped keep us cool. 10/10 recommend!

Weekend trip for anniversary

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary in Edinburgh. This apartment is in the heart of the old town, a 2 minute walk to the royal mile and the key collection point. It is also very close to Arthur’s Seat and there are great views of the mountain from the window. The apartment was very clean and tidy when we moved in, with a cosy living room, kitchen, double bedroom, shower room and toilet. It’s perfect for any couple who would like to explore Edinburgh but also to stay in and have dinners in the flat. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, which may be an issue for some but we saw this as a great exercise opportunity! There is also a pretty communal garden terrace. Nina was very accommodating and helpful when needed and even left us some wine and shortbreads when we arrived which was very sweet. We highly recommend this apartment and would book again if we returned to Edinburgh.

Good location but lots of steps to rental

The communication with the manager and check in process was good. The location is really good, with so many places within easy walking distance. The unit was clean and stocked. Please note that there are over 60 steps to reach the front door of the unit, which we didn't realize in advance. The shower is VERY slow to drain and there's a note mentioning it when you arrive. Overall a good unit if you don't mind ALL those steps.

Centrally located gem

Perfect flat for 2 people to stay and enjoy everything Edinburgh has to offer! Amazing location - short walks to the castle and Holyrood house, and right in the middle of all the Fringe venues. Lovely hosts as well.
