Quiet magnificant local villa between St Antonio and San José and private pool

Fortunately, there are 4 fixed air conditioning units in the house of which one broke in the bedroom for one night and the garden around the house refreshes the house at night. I have replaced the broken air conditioning unit with a new one immediately, so if you want to come again I will be happy to accommodate you. Daniela

First of all it appears from their review, that they enjoyed the holiday and villa. Secondly, it is clear that there was a major dispute between the two parties, and with all things there are two sides to every story. Concerning the iphones, I would like to point out that there are many plug sockets in the villa, so it is not necessary to use the ones under the aircon unit. All aircon units lose water because of condensation, so it seems strange that someone would put their iphones under it. But we have now put a notice to remind people. Concerning the cooker, I would like to point out this is the first time that someone has complained about the oven. It has been fixed, but I wonder what action caused the oven to come loose? Concerning the sun loungers, they were not broken beforehand; we have replaced two sun loungers immediately we noticed that they were broken. The major dispute has been caused by the extremely loud and late (early morning) parties. No one minds a good party, but most people respect their neighbours, and at a certain time after midnight the noise is turned down voluntarily, not after many telephone calls from neighbours/owners and threats to call the police. The subject of the deposit, the deducted amount is €125. The reason being that there were many items in the villa that were either broken or damaged, which needed to be replaced, we took additional time to find the best value products to reduce the deduction as much as possible. In addition, the cleaners had to spend considerable more time than was normal to clean the villa and make it suitable for future guests. This included dry cleaning bed covers because it appeared that guests had eaten on the beds and stained the covers with food products. Nothing was deducted for the sun loungers nor remote because it was unclear which guests were responsible, so we gave these guests the benefit of doubt. The remote has been replaced as soon as we were aware that it was lost. To start with the enquiry was for 2 guests, this increased to 5 guests at the time of the confirmation of the reservation and there were 6 guests that arrived, with no warning beforehand. This is the first time, we have deducted anything from any deposit and the first poor view, and we have rented the villa for many years. If you respect us, our villa and our neighbours we will show you the same respect.
