Stylish villa with large glazed terrace and a magnificent view of the golf course, the dunes of Maspalomas and the sea. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



The villa is bright and modern. Upstairs is 1 double bedroom, access to the terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and desk and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, en-suite shower room and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.



The house is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, washing machine, clothes dryer, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), radiator, unlimited Internet access (WiFi), satellite TV , DVD player and music system.



The outdoor area



The house offers a glazed terrace and a spacious outdoor area with seating and pool. From here you have a view over the golf course to the sea and sand dunes of Maspalomas. Outside there is a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, barbecue, garden, parking and private pool (5 m x 3 m / 1.5 m) with electric pool heating (extra cost)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The construction of a new set of villas behind the Golfers complex has started a few months ago. The construction works with heavy machinery should be finished in December 2022, although there may be temporary obstacles that may cause a delay. DISCOUNT: For this reason a discount is applied on working days.

The house is located in a beautiful complex on the golf course Salobre Golf. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills in the sun. Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green grounds, the jogging track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
