Villa La Hoya en Tijarafe

Charming house with a large swimming pool, panoramic sea views and several outdoor areas to enjoy the mild climate. The house is located 460 metres above sea level in the rural area of Tijarafe with views of the sea and mountains. It is the perfect place on the west side of the island, from where you can easily reach the town of Tijarafe, as well as many hiking trails and beaches.



The house is very well furnished. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, heating and satellite TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and heating, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and heating, 1 bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower, 1 kitchen with dining table, 1 living room and 1 bathroom with shower.



The house is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee machine, juicer, blender, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cot, high chair, safe, air conditioning (cold/heat), heating, internet (WIFI), satellite TV and music system.



The property has photovoltaic panels installed, therefore the electricity is obtained through renewable energies.



The outdoor area



In the outdoor area, it is easy to relax, whether on the terrace or by the pool with sea views. Outside there is a terrace, covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower, barbecue, garden, vegetable garden, parking, jacuzzi, private pool (8 m x 3.5 m / 150 m), electric pool heating (extra cost) and jacuzzi.
