About this property

Welcome to Paradise Sunset Villa in the beautiful Glenbrook community. Central Florida , 20 minutes to DISNEY and close to all major theme parks. Entering the villa you are welcomed into a formal sitting/dining area leading into a open concept kitchen/breakfast area and family room with access to a screen enclosed in-ground west facing pool. 2 master bedrooms each with 4 pc ensuite, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. 1-3 pc bathroom, full laundry, games room in garage. Pool area has table, chairs and loungers. pool gets lots of afternoon and evening sun to enjoy the beautiful climate and sunsets. Green area behind house is well landscaped and maintained, home to the threatened gopher tortoise. Family room and bedrooms all have flat screen tv's with cable, house has internet WIFI and telephone that includes calling in the U.S. , Canada and Europe.
If you have a furry friend, no worries, we are pet friendly! Would you like to have the pool heated? Absolutely! Please request this services and ask us about related fees for pet and pool heat.

The house is very spacious and clean. It has all the amenities that we needed to be comfortable and enjoy the weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to the grocery, restaurants, and all kinds of activities.

It was a great house for a visit with our daughter and her family. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store, plenty of space and seating for all to be comfortable!
