Entirely renovated and extended in 2016, this apartment has three double bedrooms, high ceilings and high quality finishes. The kitchen, dining and living space is in one large, parquet floored room which opens via sliding glass doors onto a garden and a garage for those who do not have a parking permit. Most of the place has under floor heating. There is high speed internet and subscription tv services are provided to two TVs.
It is a wonderful space for families and young children with only three steps throughout. The apartment is usefully located about 1 minute’s walk from the underground station and the local shopping and restaurants of Salisbury Road and 2 minute’s walk from the park. It takes about 15 minutes on the underground to Oxford Circus or Piccadilly Circus.
